Baby, MIA is back from her hiatus, and suddenly, it feels like the mid-10s again.

On the record, MIA sings about people suddenly wanting to be around her all because she loves herself. ‘Popular’ is the follow-up record to ‘The One’, a record she put out in May. We are unsure how that one didn’t make it to our speakers, but we are excited nonetheless.

Listen to her talking big shit on her latest record, ‘Popular’ from her forthcoming album, ‘MATA’, through Island Records. It features what her team calls her “influencer-bot-in-training” MAI, as seen on the cover art.
