We all remember the early stages of the coronavirus, where states were locked down and life seemed to be on a serious pause. Experts are fearing that, although many states are transitioning into the further stages of their reopening plans, we still may see another wave of the virus. Cases in New York are relatively low, but officials feel that can change quickly with the approaching holiday season.
Mayor De Blasio is pleading with New Yorkers to stay put this holiday season, in order to limit the risk of transmitting and contracting the virus. Additionally, SUNY students are also being required to test negative for the virus before returning home.
