On November 28th, the conspiracy thriller series starring Colman Domingo will hit the streaming platform. The premiere date falls on Thanksgiving in the United States, making the series a perfect binge watch for the long holiday weekend.
In The Madness, media pundit Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after he stumbles upon a murder deep in the Poconos woods. As the walls close in, Muncie strives to reconnect with his estranged family and his lost ideals in order to survive.
In addition to Domingo (Fear of the Walking Dead, Euphoria, The Color Purple), the film also stars Marsha Stephanie Blake (Orange Is the New Black, When They See Us, Brother), Gabrielle Graham (21 Thunder, On the Basis of Sex, Twenties), John Ortiz (American Gangster, Fast & Furious, American Fiction), Tamsin Topolski (The Rook, What You Wish For), and TJ Mixon (Reasonable Doubt, Creed III).
Stephen Belber created the show and is a co-showrunner with VJ Boyd. Clément Virgo directed the series and took on executive producer responsibilities. Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping and Kaitlin Dahill also served as executive producers.
