This week (December 9th), Grammy-nominated R&B singer and songwriter Summer Walker announced Over It Radio, a new radio series airing exclusively on Apple Music’s global live-streaming radio station.

Summer’s new six-episode series will be released ahead of her forthcoming, highly anticipated third studio album, Finally Over It. The album already boasts her current Billboard Hot 100 single “Heart Of A Woman.” The show will feature the 28 year-old discussing various themes including relationships, motherhood, friendship, and music (both her own and music she is into right now).

“My vision for ‘Over It Radio’ is to create a safe space where I can own my own narrative and provide a platform for the women I admire in the entertainment industry to do the same. We discuss the topics that matter to them, without any hidden agendas,” Walker told Apple Music. “Listeners can look forward to hearing powerful, accomplished women celebrating their successes, sharing their frustrations about what they’re ready to move on from and keeping it real about the challenges they face as women, mothers and entrepreneurs.”

On the debut episode airing this Friday, December 13th Summer welcomes good friend and collaborator, Sexyy Red. Together they discuss what they are currently over, reminisce on past collaboration projects, and give hilarious advice to a fan calling in for guidance dealing with a sticky relationship.
