Today (February 26th), in celebration of the highly anticipated Brick by Brick collection by pro BMX athlete Nigel Sylvester and Jordan Brand, New York rap legends Loaded Lux and Murda Mook have released the official performance video for their freestyle, Nigel’s Frame of Mind. The lyrical masterpiece delves into Nigel Sylvester’s consciousness at two pivotal moments in his life and career—his present-day perspective, voiced by Loaded Lux, and his 20-year-old self, portrayed by Murda Mook.

First performed at the collection’s private preview with Jordan Brand in New York City this past January, this spoken-word piece takes place at the world-renowned Brooklyn Banks—a legendary BMX hotspot where Nigel spent years perfecting his craft from ages 15 to 25.

Both Loaded Lux and Murda Mook are styled in pieces from the Brick by Brick collection, which includes jackets, pants, T-shirts, BMX jerseys, and a unique brick-inspired Jordan sneaker—an exclusive colorway, marking a first for the brand.

The collection, a tribute to Nigel’s Queens, NY roots and New York City’s iconic brick architecture, embodies both the city’s resilience and his personal journey—building success, brick by brick.

Nigel and Jordan Brand’s Brick by Brick collection will be available on March 14th.
