March Madness is officially here! March hoops means spring is here, and with it comes the unwelcomed arrival of spring pests like roaches, ants, stink bugs and more in the home. To help tackle this issue, Raid is back to run defense both on the court and in the home, with two of the most fitting names in college basketball.

After launching the brand’s first-ever NIL campaign last season, Raid has reunited with Jeremy Roach and Darianna Littlepage-Buggs. Now both standouts at Baylor University, the dynamic duo star in a hilarious new video that plays off their names to connect elite defense on the court to Raid Ant & Roach Killer’s 13-week protection* against ants, bugs and…roaches off the court. Outfitted in custom “Bug U” jerseys, Jeremy and Darianna will showcase their defensive skills in content rolling out throughout March.

On the partnership, Roach said “I’ve always gotten a lot of attention for my name, so teaming up with Raid felt like a fun way to play into it even more. It’s been fun connecting defense on the court with keeping unwanted roaches out of homes. Plus, it’s not every day you get to remind people that some Roaches are actually welcome – just not the kind Raid® takes care of.”

Buggs added, “I’ve always been serious about defense, so partnering with Raid felt right. It’s been a blast to be part of something that ties basketball and my name to keeping bugs out. Because let’s be honest, there’s only room for one Buggs in the game, and it’s spelled with two G’s.”

The partnership is an especially huge deal for Darianna Littlepage-Buggs considering the fact that it’s Women’s History Month. Darianna, who is currently a finalist for the Katrina McClain Power Forward of the Year Award, continues to make waves both on and off the court.
