After leading the way in modern R&B and transfixing music lovers for more than two decades, three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning multi platinum artist Maxwell is hitting the seas for the third annual Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite Cruise, taking place on the Norwegian Joy from February 7th-12th, 2026. Tickets are on-sale now HERE.

This five-night ocean cruise will move up to the Norwegian Joy, a newer, larger ship in the Breakaway Plus class, boasting more modern amenities and attractions, and will make stops at Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas and sail to the exotic Amber Cover in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

Guests will be treated to two exclusive performances by Maxwell as well as appearances from special guests including The Isley Brothers, Kem, Lucky Daye, Kelly price, PJ Morton, Moonchild, Elle Varner, Tweet & Comedy from Joyelle Nichole Johnson. This year’s edition of Maxwell’s Urban Hang Suite Cruise follows two highly successful, sold-out runs and promises extraordinary concerts, DJ sets, cuisine and more at sea, making for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day weekend. DJs and chefs for the cruise will be announced at a later date.

Last year’s sold-out excursion on the Norwegian Pearl included stops at George Town in the Cayman Islands and Ocho Rios in Jamaica and saw special guest performances by Anthony Hamilton, Marsha Ambrosius, Lalah Hathaway, Avery*Sunshine, Terrace Martin, Tye Tribbett, and more.

The upcoming cruise will come fresh off Maxwell’s expansive The Serenade North American Tour that kicked off in 2024 and continued to run across markets in 2025. The multi-platinum artists also recently announced The Silent Serenade Ensemble, a limited run of intimate, reimagined performances on the East Coast where he will bring his unmistakable voice and signature blend of sensual soul and timeless grooves to MGM National Harbor in Washington, D.C. for three consecutive nights—September 18th, 19th, and 20th, 2025, followed by a very special hometown show at the historic Kings Theatre in Brooklyn on September 28th 2025.
