Lending itself perfectly to the balmy tropics of a lush summers day, his psychedelia infused soundscape with a Vampire Weekend feel mixed with a shimmering production of funky rhythms and laidback sun kissed electronics was made for the summer months. Hammer Down is a paradise in album form that was made for long drives with a group of your closest friends, hell I might even do it myself, but there was one track that popped out for me.

It’s a simply electric number with Ormiston’s roaring vocal taking it to new heights and a funky drop that gets your head bopping to beat with ease.
