The AT&T Rising Future Makers Showcase is back to spotlight a brand-new class of HBCU superstars who are making a difference on campus and beyond.

The 2024 contest is now open to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). 25 exceptional individuals will be selected and featured as AT&T’s Class of 2024 Rising Future Makers. Rising Future Makers will receive $5,000, a 5G-enabled tablet and access to career development and intentional mentorship opportunities so that they can take their dreams to new heights.

As a longtime supporter of HBCUs, AT&T continues to empower young people through the power of connectivity. The AT&T Rising Future Makers Showcase, proudly in its fourth year running, celebrates the accomplishments of brilliant young visionaries and equips them with the tools to accomplish their dreams. By connecting these future leaders with life-changing opportunities and access to professional networks, AT&T is fueling their ambitions in a real way.

What is an AT&T Rising Future Maker?

An AT&T Rising Future Maker is a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU), between the ages of 18 to 25, who is driving positive change through innovation and inspiration on their campus and community.
