“Alligator Boots” was a pilot episode for a “Muppet Show” type show created by rapper and producer Kanye West and along with Rhymefest and creators of the show “Crank Yankers,” Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Carolla, and Daniel Kellison.
The pilot was produced for Comedy Central and featured a colorful array of puppet characters, including the hilariously named “Beary White” and “Pork Troy,” a pig rapper whose identity as a swine is curiously unknown to his peers.The puppets in the show were created by Jim Henson’s Muppet Workshop.
“Alligator Boots” ran for 16 minutes. It’s a chaotic mix of humor, music, and Kanye’s eccentric creativity. Kim Kardashian also made an appearance in the episode, donning the iconic Star Wars Princess Leia outfit.
Although the pilot didn’t make it to series, it remains a quirky footnote in Kanye’s expansive career.
