“The privilege of hindsight helps us accept that relationships don’t always last forever,” says Max McNown. “‘Roses and Wolves’ is written from a place of comfort in the realization that the world will keep spinning and heartbreak is part of life. Hailey Whitters’ beautiful vocals created a unique energy and truly brought this song to life!”

Equally as appreciative, Hailey Whitters shares, “I was so glad Max asked me to sing on this! He’s an incredible artist and I’m so honored he asked me to be a part of such a great song.”

4. Casanova – I Get It Now

Source:Casanova

The Brooklyn-emcee Casanova sheds his gritty exterior to reveal the revelations he has reached as a man in his newest album, I Get It Now. The twelve-track album takes listeners through an audio tabernacle that unearths Casanova’s shadow work to become the better man he is today.

In the album’s lead single, “Forgive Me Father,” Casanova reflects on his sins while exposing what made him act out in sin. He raps to listeners about losing it all and having to win it back. The hook, “So fuck family and fuck friends,” reflects how the rough history with his relatives and friends affected his ability to give love throughout the song. He asks God, “Who let the Devil in?” to raise self-awareness on what’s affecting his decision-making.

In the following track, “So Serious,” featuring Da Baby, Casanova acknowledges the aftermath of his past actions. His feelings of restlessness are reflected in the lines “Baby mama riffin’, wifey ain’t different, …  My mother is in the church. Her father in the church, they both found God, but our problems getting worse. Got caught in the mall, fighting cases is the norm… I ain’t a pawn, I’m a king. A Black man trying to do his thing.” He continues the song by saying how he gives back to the community to become a better man amidst his hardships.

I Get It Now explores other topics from lust in the track “Please,” luxury and wealth in the upbeat club song “Miami” featuring Chris Brown, and facing resentment he got from the world in “Hate Me.” The opening lyrics of “Hate Me” are on the letter in the cover art.

5. Queen Naija – Straight Outta Heaven

Source:Queen Naija

Multi-platinum singer Queen Naija has released a beautiful new single titled “Straight Outta Heaven,” which is out today. Listen HERE via Capitol Records. The powerful record has Queen Naija reflecting on the emotional journey of being a mother to two sons and discovering the connection between love, hope, and divinity.

On “Straight Outta Heaven,” Queen Naija uses her signature vocal power with heartfelt storytelling to tell her children that being a mother isn’t something anyone is truly ever prepared for, but it’s a role that has brought her happiness and peace: “Being your mother didn’t come with instructions / So if I mess up please just know that I love you / And every night that I lay you down to sleep / I pray..no matter what the world may bring / God protects you.

She continues, “Whenever you smile / My whole world lights up / Someone makes you cry / I’ll go and beat them up / As long as you’re okay / Then mommy is okay / If we ain’t got nobody else then we got us.”

According to Queen Naija, her new track feels like a follow up to her hit song “Mama’s Hand,” which also focuses on maneuvering life as a mother to two children and reminding her listeners that women who are blessed with this opportunity are doing the best they can.

“To me this song feels like a sequel to ‘Mama’s Hand,’ which was written for my first born son. When I became pregnant with my 2nd born, I worried how I would be able to split my love in half, which is something I know many mothers can identify with. That feeling lead me to creating ‘Straight Outta Heaven.’ There are no instructions that come with how to do this #momlife, but all of us are just trying our best,” said Queen Naija.

The new single comes after Queen Naija released “Missing You,” an emotional record that paid tribute to her late friend and bodyguard, Beast, who passed away in 2022. That record, along with “Good Girls Finish Last” which arrived in September, serves as Queen Naija’s return to the music scene after a brief hiatus. The Michigan native’s last project arrived as an EP titled After the Butterflies in November 2023. Standout tracks on the project include “Words of Affirmation” and “No Fake Love” featuring NBA YoungBoy. The project also had an eclectic list of high-profile guest appearances from Monica, Ella Mai, and Eric Bellinger.

The New York Times described Queen Naija as “the first soul star of the social media generation” and built a career for herself that includes several RIAA-certified plaques and over 6 billion combined global streams in her career to date. She celebrated the five-year anniversary of her breakthrough double-platinum smash “Medicine” earlier this year.

Queen Naija is also a mainstay on the music charts as she’s topped Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart numerous times with “Medicine,” “Karma,” “Butterflies Pt. 2,” and “Hate Our Love” featuring Big Sean. In addition, her 2020 debut album missunderstood went No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

The genre-bending hometown anthem highlights each of the Georgia natives’ distinct swagger and charm as they reflect on their Southern roots, which helped shape them into the icons they are today. Directed by Wyatt Spain, the accompanying music video for “Georgia Ways” transports viewers to the Georgia backcountry. Earlier this week, Quavo teased the single by sharing a picture of himself fishing with Luke on Instagram, alerting fans that new music was on the way. The track also made a splash at last week’s University of Georgia vs. Georgia Tech football game, where it was played during the tailgate and on the jumbotron while Quavo was in attendance. 9. Caroline Romano – Born To Want More

Source:Caroline Romano

Nashville-based alt-pop singer and songwriter Caroline Romano is back today with her evocative new single, “Born To Want More.” With this release, Caroline also unveils the title of her highly anticipated upcoming EP, How The Good Girls Die, set to drop in early 2025.

“Born To Want More,” along with recent hits like “Body Bag” and “Pretty Boys,” sets the tone for an EP that promises to push creative boundaries and further establish Caroline’s voice in the alt-pop scene. “Born To Want More” is a candid and powerful anthem that captures the ache of reaching for dreams that always seem just out of reach. The track opens with intimate, stripped-back guitar and Caroline’s emotive vocals before building into a frenzied indie-rock soundscape that amplifies her story of yearning and resilience.

Reflecting on her inspiration, Caroline shares, “I wrote ‘Born to Want More’ during a time when I was grappling with a series of ‘almosts’—those moments where things felt so close but still just out of reach. This song captures that wits-end feeling where you’re wondering if you’ll ever find what you’re looking for. You’re chasing experiences and feelings that you know exists but you haven’t yet found. It’s something I know all too well.” She adds, “It’s by far one of my more vulnerable songs I’ve released, and it’s one of my favorites for that reason.”

At just 23-years-old, Nashville-based Caroline Romano has established herself as a versatile artist, effortlessly transitioning between misty-eyed ballads and fiery alt-rock anthems. Since the release of her 2022 debut album, Oddities and Prodigies, and her subsequent 2023 EP, A Brief EpicCaroline has continued to come into her own as an artist, revealing new layers of her artistry with each release.

Her music is a masterful study of being a young woman in today’s world. Her songs are raw, untempered, and full of anguish, hedonism, and introspection. Over the past few years, Caroline has also become well-known for her high-energy live performances, performing at iconic Nashville venues like The Basement East and The End, and supporting Grayscale and Smallpools on their US tour.

14. Sachellys & Kiko – No Somos Nada

Source:Release – Topic

Two of London’s most important Latin music ambassadors SACHELLYS and KIKO have joined forces for an exciting new collaboration titled ‘NO SOMOS NADA’ that captures the essence of UK Latin artistry and community. In an uncanny case of East meets West, with Sachellys repping East London, and Kiko hailing from West London, ‘No Somos Nada’ is rooted in their shared Colombian heritage and London upbringing, masterfully merging UK drill and R&B with the soulful sensibilities of Latin music. Produced and engineered by fellow Colombian Londoners Esco1sst and DZeus (NBA YoungBoy, El Patron 970), ‘No Somos Nada’ is a love story turned introspective anthem about a past flame, and it comes with a glorious video directed by Reece Selvadorai (Skepta, AJ Tracey) that brings the track further to life.

Originating in 2022 during Sachellys’ first ever studio session with producer Esco1sst, ‘No Somos Nada’ began as an experiment with UK drill, and quickly evolved into something entirely unique, with Sachelly’s soft yet compelling falsetto infusing the song with an emotional depth rarely heard in the genre. A year later, her childhood friend and rising bilingual rap artist Kiko added a powerful rap verse to the track. Together, Sachellys and Kiko explore heartbreak and resilience through the dual lenses of Sachellys’ emotive melodies and Kiko’s grounded perspective – the outcome is a seamless interplay of Spanish and English, UK drill and R&B, London and Latin culture, love nostalgia and sharp lyricism.

No Somos Nada’ underscores the vibrant UK Latin music movement that Sachellys and Kiko are spearheading, with both artists embodying this fusion of cultures, drawing from their Colombian roots, while embracing the energy of their London hometown. Sachellys’ distinctive sound blends the influence of salsa legends like Celia Cruz with the modernity of artists like Kali Uchis, while Kiko’s bilingual approach, spanning drill, reggaeton and trap, solidifies his status as a rising force. The collaboration is a celebration of identity, innovation, and community. With its captivating blend of genres and culture, ‘No Somos Nada’ reveals Sachellys and Kiko as leading voices in a new era of UK Latin music.

Speaking about the inspiration for ‘No Somos Nada’, Sachellys says, “The song’s concept came from a conversation where someone asked me about a past love, which inspired the line ‘de ti me preguntaron’. The song is really nostalgic, and gives me a feel of growing up in London during Tinie Tempah’s ‘Wifey Riddim’, and those N-Dubz moments in secondary school – these were our love songs from the ends. We’ve just put our Latin twist alongside this distinctively London-fuelled drill sound, so this is very organic and real to us. This song is a true reflection of UK Latin artistry and community — two Colombian artists, raised in the UK, deeply connected to both cultures”.

Kiko, on the other hand, shares how ‘No Somos Nada’ is “special because Sachellys and I grew up together. As soon as I heard the beat, I just knew this was the one. I literally wrote the verse in like 10 minutes – it flowed so naturally so I knew this was the one that we had to put out together. The fact that we’ve known each other for so long and we both make music, it just made so much sense to create a banger together for everyone to enjoy, and I feel like that’s what we’ve done with ‘No Somos Nada’. It’s been so long overdue, and we’ve actually done other songs together in the past, but I feel like we’ve both been doing our thing in the years since, which has built up to this moment. So, it’s perfect timing”.

15. Elmiene – For The Deported

Source:Elmiene

Today, acclaimed British-Sudanese vocalist, songwriter, and phenomenon Elmiene unveils his new project, For The Deported EP out now via Def Jam Recordings. Listen HERE. Watch the official music video for “Open Light” HERE.

About the EP, he commented, “Sudan is the reason I feel like I am as musical as I am and why I am so inclined to poetry. Sudan is a country with a lot of history, tragedy, emotions, and feelings. It has a really deep cultural history. Sudan is the reason I’m here right now. There’s a lot of deporting going on in our world. Whether it is Palestine, Sudan, Lebanon, or any other country, it is a real thing. I haven’t made a real comment or notion on it yet, and it just felt like a duty to my blood and role as an artist to make a statement. It all just feels right. If not now, then when?”

The six-track project sees Elmiene embrace his Sudanese heritage both musically and lyrically. Following a seven-year separation, he reunited with various extended family members at a wedding in Egypt earlier this year. The ensuing conversations would be nothing short of eye-opening for the 23-year old vocalist. In this mindset, he brought For The Deported to life.

The opener “For The Deported” revolves around soft piano as he draws audiences into his vision of Sudan. Adopting the perspective of his original family home (now wrecked by war), his voice soars, “Hold me in your memories and never hide me, keep me free.” Elsewhere, he flexes his impressive range and fiery falsetto on “Open Light,” amplifying his sky-high delivery over a slick guitar-laden soundscape. Meanwhile, softly plucked acoustic guitar anchors “Avalon.” The EP concludes with “Golden,” a re-launch of the debut single that launched his career back in 2021, marking a full-circle moment coming to a close.

For The Deported EP lands in the wake of his Anyway I Can EP. Beyond amassing millions of streams, it incited widespread acclaim from Vibe, NPR Tiny Desk, and NME who proclaims, “’Anyway I Can’ is music with heart – and Elmiene knows exactly how to tug on it.”

16. PlayThatBoiZay ft. FERG & HUNTER. – Put It Down

Source:PLAYTHATBOIZAY AKA ZAY

Today, rising South Florida rapper PlayThatBoiZay announces the release of VAMPIRES IMPERSONATING PEOPLE (Deluxe), due December 13th via Loma Vista Recordings. Alongside the announcement, Zay shares a first taste of the deluxe with new single and video “PUT IT DOWN” featuring FERG and Sewer Sound signee HUNTER. The lead single marches forward with a relentless beat as FERG’s swaggering hook breaks up verses from Zay and Hunter that move like they were recorded in a mosh pit. VAMPIRES IMPERSONATING PEOPLE (Deluxe) is an extension of mixtape VIP which released earlier this year. The deluxe edition will include five new tracks that see Zay joined by Denzel Curry on “MURDA GARDENS” and “RATATAT” with 03 Greedo.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Zay discussed the whirlwind that has been his last few years and the early success he’s seen since releasing VIP. The project started as a collaboration between Zay and UK producer Kwes Darko in 2020 but was put on hold by the COVID-19 pandemic and then by Zay’s near-fatal car wreck in May 2021, which left him unable to walk and in a state of amnesia for months. After an extensive healing process, Zay returned to VIP with a fresh perspective.

Across VIP, Zay’s powerfully gritty voice and ear for industrial, bass-heavy production create a singular and unpredictable sound, elevated by features from A$AP Rocky and Denzel Curry on “HOODLUMZ,” JPEGMafia on “YOO,” Kenny Mason on “LIL JIT” and Mike Dimes on “MOOD SWINGS.” PlayThatBoiZay originally debuted “MOOD SWINGS” on The Mischievous Cypher with On The Radar alongside frequent collaborator Denzel Curry. “HOODLUMZ” with Denzel Curry and A$AP Rocky appeared on Denzel’s highly praised album Kind of the Mischievous South Vol. 2, released last month, and was recently performed by Denzel and Zay in a special BBC session in London. Buoyed by the success of the track, Zay gained over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

PlayThatBoiZay was first encouraged to rap by his Carol City High School classmate Denzel Curry in 2015. Zay was working at The Cheesecake Factory his senior year when a chance run-in with Curry, who was on a date at the restaurant, marked the start of their lasting creative relationship. Zay was featured on “P.A.T” from Curry’s critically acclaimed 2019 project ZUU and 2021 single “Bad Luck.” In 2022, Zay joined Curry on his fall North American tour, where he performed as an opener alongside AG Club and redveil. The following year Zay reunited with Curry and his longtime collaborator Ronny J to release “WOO,” an homage to the sound that became synonymous with 2010’s South Florida rap. Denzel recently praised Zay in a recent interview on The Ebro Show and shared more about their unexpected encounter back in 2015. 17. SadBoi – Dry Cry

Source:SadBoi

Today, emerging singer/songwriter and rapper SadBoi unveils her sophomore EP, “Dry Cry,” available now on all digital platforms via LVRN Records—LISTEN HERE

Known for her infectious mix of alternative R&B, baile funk, and drill beats, SadBoi is rounding out the year with another explosive project following the success of her previously released EP,  “Bare Chat.” “Bare Chat” served as a candid exploration of heartbreak, revenge, and navigating complex relationships. “Dry Cry” builds on the tone of SadBoi’s compelling discography, diving deeper into themes of sexual liberation, overcoming heartbreak, rekindling love, moving with confidence, and more.

SadBoi expressed her enthusiasm about the new project, stating, “With this mixtape, I was able to truly explore new sounds while staying true to the familiar ones my audience connects with. I wrote nearly every song as a way to uplift myself, smile through the BS, escape my issues with a good time, and release emotions without tears. “Dry Cry” is me closing this chapter that was necessary to close in order for everyone to be prepared for what’s to come! Turn up and let “Dry Cry” serve as the soundtrack for letting it all out!”

Guest features on the project include 2024 standout rapper and producer Cash Cobain, fellow Toronto artists Smiley, and more.

This EP comes on the heels of SadBoi’s most recent single, “Watch It All Fall.” This November, SadBoi concluded a critically acclaimed, fully booked North American tour alongside the alternative hip-hop duo Coco & Clair Clair, as part of their Girl Tour ’24. SadBoi conquered cities including New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, Philadelphia, her hometown of Toronto, and more, further escalating the excitement around this EP.

18. Arima Ederra – Oh God ft. Mereba / Really Tired

Source:Arima Ederra

Today, LA-based musician Arima Ederra returns to share two new songs, “Oh God” featuring Mereba and “Really Tired.” Produced by frequent collaborator Teo Halm (SZA, Rosalía, Omar Apollo), these songs serve as an outlet of spiritual catharsis, written to encapsulate and release some of the pent-up emotions that have accumulated over years of  tumultuous world events. Arima first previewed “Oh God” for audiences at select shows on her October tour run supporting Ravyn Lenae in which she played across North America including Webster Hall in New York and The Fonda Theatre in LA. “Oh God” and “Really Tired” set the stage for more new music to come from Arima in 2025.

This pair of songs marks the first offering of new solo music for Arima since her critically acclaimed debut album An Orange Colored Day, released in 2022. The album, which NPR described as “a weightless form of R&B that simmers in the ether like incense”, was honed over four years of work behind the scenes to find her voice. Interspersed with recorded phone voice memos of memories and personal moments, AOCD shifts between the blissful imagination and spirituality of youth, and the sharper realities endured in adulthood. Informed by Arima’s own experiences growing up as the daughter of an Ethiopian refugee father, the album is a personal journey through growing up.

Listen to “Oh God” featuring Mereba and “Really Tired” above, and stay tuned for more music from Arima coming very soon.

21. Bossman Dlow ft. NoCap – What You Need

Source:BossMan Dlow

BOSSMAN DLOW – the breakout new rap artist of 2024 and odds-on favorite for Rap Rookie Of The Year, having amassed over 1.5 billion streams in this calendar year alone – throws down the gauntlet with today’s announcement of his highly-anticipated debut album DLOW CURRY, set for release on December 13 via Alamo Records.

DLOW addressed the swirling rumors and broke the news in an exclusive interview with ESPN Sportscenter’s Stan Verrett, whose analysis included “Now when you think about the skill set you want from a young star, he’s really the whole package: he’s got finesse, he’s real slippery, he’s top-notch pressure player all the way around.” Earlier this year, Dlow called out ESPN to “Put Big Za on SportsCenter” in his street anthem “SportsCenter.” Now, ESPN has obliged.

Watch the ESPN Breaking News exclusive announcement HERE.

Keeping the streets flooded with new music and visuals, Dlow has released another new track from DLOW CURRY with “What You Need” featuring NoCap. “What You Need” comes just weeks after “The Biggest Pt. 2,” the uptempo banger that set the gears in motion for Dlow’s latest championship run.

Following a triumphant 2024, Dlow is getting a lot of love on critics’ year end lists, including Rolling Stone ‘Best Songs of 2024,’ who raved “We all needed a little escapism this year, and one of the best sources was BossMan Dlow’s “Get in With Me,” a two-minute invitation to ride along in the Miami rapper’s paradise of penthouse Hibachi, club comps, and reckless driving,” and the New York Times’ Jon Caramanica, who added “The Florida rapper BossMan Dlow narrates his life as a series of can’t-believe-it exclamations…When he’s on top, he’s amused and thrilled…leaping from high to high.” Pitchfork weighed in on their Best Songs of the Year: “The Florida ad-lib king’s ode to reckless spending and not giving a fuck has lasted all year because there’s nothing better than a song that makes it feel like you’ve just made a small fortune.”

Dlow’s hot streak in 2024 has been undeniable. Nominated for Best Breakthrough Hip-Hop Artist at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, Dlow took to the stage at Drai’s in Las Vegas for a medley of his smash hits “Shake Dat Ass” and “Get In With Me.” Watch the full performance HERE!

This year Dlow was also named to XXL’s Freshmen Class of 2024Billboard’s ‘Rookie Of The Month,”, as well as BET’s Amplified artist program and a ‘Best New Artist’ nomination at the 2024 BET Awards.

Bossman Dlow is single-handedly carrying the torch for trap music’s new generation, as influential platform Passion of The Weiss recently raved: “Bossman Dlow makes classic trap music…His left pocket is full of pink 50s, and his right pocket has so many blues he looks like he plays for the Magic. His voice cuts above the beat and straight on through…Bossman makes hustling sound lavish and nostalgic.”

Following his massive breakthrough mixtape Mr. Beat The Road, Dlow has released a flurry of Billboard Hot 100 hits this year, including the #1 Urban radio banger “Shake Dat Ass (Twerk Song),” and “PJ,” featuring Lil Baby.

“Get In With Me” – the lead single from Mr. Beat The Road and Dlow’s biggest track to date – hit #1 at Urban Radio, was certified platinum by the RIAA, ranked #25 on Billboard’s Top 200 Rap Songs of the year, and #14 on Complex’s ‘Best Songs Of The Year (So Far).’ Mr. Beat The Road tracks “Mr. Pot Scraper,” “Finesse” and “Talk My Shit” have all been certified gold.

This week on the Million Dollaz Worth Of Game podcast, Gillie and Wallo hit Orlando to link with DLow. The guys surprised him with a gold plaque for his project “Mr.Beat the Road,” and talked to Dlow about his rapid rise in rap, and his new project DLOW CURRY, set for a December 13 release.

Most recently, Davido earned his fourth Grammy nomination for the 2025 Grammy Awards – Best African Music Performance for Chris Brown’s hit song“Sensational” featuring Davido & Lojay. This will be the second year in a row that he’s nominated in this brand-new category.

23. Rhyan Douglas ft. Lekan – Magic Gurl

Source:Rhyan Douglas

The master-melder of genres, Rhyan Douglas, is back with new single and visualizer “Magic Gurl” featuring Nigerian-American R&B baritone Lekan, available starting today, HERE. Produced by Rodrigo Barahona (Justin Bieber, Giveon) and Los Hendrix (SZA, Brent Faiyaz), it was preceded by the track “Hillside” which featured Canadian sensation Savannah Ré.

This new music follows Rhyan’s debut EP, Circles. That EP took listeners on a ride, from the technology-steeped romance waters of the 2020s he found himself in on “Spin The Block,” to the guitar laden “Young & Restless,” or the lyrically heartening “Conversation” which VIBE Magazine proclaimed “should be in somebody’s movie,” Rhyan debut EP encapsulated the innocence of youth and young love, we all wish we could get back. A truly gifted griot, his mastery of immersive sonics draws us in, while Douglas continues to pen and craft far beyond his years. From his explorations with wispy tonal and snap-led productions to his sultry verses and ethereal falsetto, Rhyan’s blend and mastery of genres, is inclusive of R&B, folk, and soulful sonics, are as if he invented them truly on his own.

Moreover, now with the release of “Magic Gurl” and “Hillside”  Rhyan has signaled that a new season of music has begun, emotionally divorcing him of the head space he explored on Circles. Adolescence has claimed what it has, forcing naïveté and innocence, once gleefully possessed, to be outgrown. For Rhyan the complexities of life now bring on subject matters more potent than new love, even topics he’d suggest listeners consider as dirty laundry.

Stay tuned for more from Rhyan Douglas, coming soon.

26. Noah Rinker – Wherever I Go

Source:Noah Rinker

Capping off a momentous year, emerging singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Noah Rinker shares an emotional new single “Wherever I Go” today via Warner Records. Listen HERE and watch the accompanying lyric video HERE.

It lands in the wake of recent rising tracks “Red Bandana” and “Save My Soul,” which have picked up significant momentum over the past month, securing the cover of Amazon Music’s flagship Americana playlist bonfire and the #1 spot on Spotify’s Hot Country, plus Apple Music’s Southern Craft and Soundcheck, just to name a few. Meanwhile, Noah earned coveted real estate on CMT’s “The Roundup” and Holler Country’s “Best New Country Songs.”

With “Wherever I Go,” he once again places listeners directly in the middle of a relatable moment. Backed by sparse instrumentation, a raw sense of longing drives his narration. As if speaking directly to an old flame on the refrain, he desperately tries to reignite their spark, “I still feel you here in my skin and my bones, yeah some parts of you follow wherever I go.” As momentum builds, acoustic guitar and subtle percussion complement an outpouring of emotion and nostalgia unlocked by his uncanny sense of empathy and artful songcraft.

His entirely self-produced 2024 After Dark EP followed his 2023 breakout single “Off My Mind,” showcasing his seamless folk-pop blend with confessional lyrics that captivate. Buzzing out of the mountains of central California, Noah initially made waves online, posting covers and originals on TikTok. He enraptured listeners with a stripped-down sense of soul, conveyed through shuddering acoustic guitar chords and stark lyricism punctuated by his vulnerability and storytelling. This approach attracted hundreds of thousands of followers in addition to generating north of 5 million likes on TikTok. He caught the attention of Warner Records in 2024, signing to the label and kicking off a new chapter.

Stay tuned for much more from Noah Rinker in 2025.

27. Kenny Muney – The Blue Seasons Super Deluxe

Source:Kenny Muney

Whether it’s hot or cold, raining, or snowing, Kenny Muney counts his stacks all year long. Today, the Paper Route Empire rapper shares The Blue Seasons Super Deluxe, his new project. An expansion of this spring’s The Blue Seasons, the new album finds Kenny traveling from winter to summer and back again.

Kenny immediately sets the tone for the project with album opener “Errybody Eats,” a steadily-building Southern anthem where the Memphis rapper reminds listeners the work is never done: “I’m eatin’ good, my pockets full, but I promise I’m still hungry.” On “I Don’t Know Her,” the Memphis rapper stays focused on stacking his cash, moving fast and on to the next step without looking back. As the project continues, Kenny stays ice-cold, talking down on the opps on “You Think You The Sh*t Huh”: “Every time the money call, I pick up, I can’t miss none / Shawty said I seen you with your b*tch, I ask her which one.” He switches up the vibe on “4Ever or 4TheMoment,” getting in his feels and admitting he’s been scared of commitment before but is ready for it now. Fellow PRE labelmate Big Moochie Grape joins Kenny on “Gigantic Muney,” a sizzling Memphis slapper that finds the duo trading bars and big-money flexes. As the new songs on the project come to a close, Kenny is feeling more confident than ever, living life with no regrets on “Do What You Wanna Do When You Got Racks.” “Bangin A$$ Freestyle” (prod. Tay Keith) is a fitting close to the deluxe with the PRE rapper unleashing his most menacing bars and exorbitant flexes: “Went to my dealers, got diamond retainers / Shawty want me to put ice on her finger / I’m a rich n***a, but not like the lame ones.”

The Blue Seasons Super Deluxe is the latest step in Kenny Muney’s mission to take over the game and live up to the legacy of his late mentor Young Dolph. The road to the project began earlier this winter with the videos for “I Ain’t Roddy” and “Jacuzzi On The Roof.” Earlier this year, Kenny Muney shared his album The Blue Seasons. The new project finds Kenny Muney showing all sides of himself: He rhymes with his signature smirk on hustle hard anthems like “Breezy” and “Paper Route,” his new collaboration with close friend Key Glock, but takes time to show his more sensitive side on songs like the romantic “Hate It There” and the reflective “Ion Feel That $hit.” Last year, Kenny shared Blue Muney (Deluxe), home to fiery singles like the guitar-driven “Top,” the soulful intro “Muney Prayer,” and the Hitkidd-produced “In A Rush,” and guest appearances from Key Glock, Money Man, and more.

Kenny Muney shows that he has the talent and determination to succeed in the Empire-building business. Stay tuned for more from Kenny Muney and Paper Route Empire this winter.
