Brazilian singer-songwriter Gabby B celebrates the release of her latest single, “Bundinha,” or “booty” in english, is a track that blends Brazilian funk and pop influences with lyrics in Portuguese and English.
Produced by Joseph Lopez, known as Mr. Hit Record, an Emmy Award-winning producer and engineer, the song is a high-energy sound of Baile Funk featuring a strong vocal hook with a theme centered on body diversity and empowerment. The track includes a recurring message: all booties matter.
With its danceable beat and catchy hook, the song is built for dance floors, TikTok and party playlists. “Bundinha” is accompanied by the release of its official music video, now available on all streaming platforms. The video features choreography that mirrors the rhythm and message of the track, focusing on body movement with Gabby B and a group of dancers twerking, highlighting the song’s central theme of self-expression through dance.
“Bundinha” is the first single from Gabby B’s upcoming EP, Funklândia, which will feature songs in four languages: Portuguese, English, French and Spanish. Each track reflects a different musical region or mood, encouraging listeners to explore the EP and identify with the area of “Funklândia” that resonates most with them.
Gabby B said, “With ‘Bundinha,’ I wanted to start Funklândia with a message that’s fun but also real. Funk music has always been about movement and self-expression, and this song is my way of honoring that. It’s about feeling good in your own skin, no matter who you are or where you’re from. That’s the energy I want to bring into the whole project.”
The EP is scheduled for release later this year, draws from the sounds of Baile Funk while incorporating global pop elements. For more information on Gabby B’s upcoming releases visit https://gabbybmusic.com.
2. Isa Marina – Pa’ Mi
Source:IAmIsaMarina
Isa Marina returns this summer with “Pa’ Mi”, an empowered Latin R&B track that explores the tension between mutual desire and forbidden chemistry. “Pa’ Mi” is the second release from Isa’s forthcoming EP Eros, due in October, and explores the emotional and physical pull between two people who can’t seem to stay away from each other without labels, no rules, just undeniable connection.
Inspired by Isa’s own real-life experiences, “Pa’ Mi” takes a flirtatious look at feminine desire, challenging expectations and embracing sensuality with confidence and no apologies.
“This song is about owning how you feel—physically and emotionally—without shame,” says Isa. “It’s for anyone who’s experienced a connection that exists outside of traditional definitions.”
Blending Latin R&B, urban pop and bachata, “Pa’ Mi” features layered harmonies, subtle runs, and a conversational vocal style that centers Isa’s voice. The production, led by Jenreles, includes guitar by Lucas Shine, written by Isa Marina and Riosse. The official music video, directed by Caliber Visions of Onzyte Productions, stars Isa alongside model Luis Miguel Flórez, with photography by Mafer Soria. It visually captures the heat, tension, and emotional nuance of a situationship on the edge where intensity exists without clarity.
“Pa’ Mi” offers a personal take on attraction, choice, and vulnerability, continuing Isa’s exploration of relationships and identity in her music.

3. Iman Nunez & Abby Jasmine – you and me
Source:Iman Nunez
As the summer’s heating up, so is the music. After a hiatus, Iman Nunez releases his first song of the year for the real lovers with “You & Me,” featuring Staten Island’s own Abby Jasmine. “You and Me” is a playful conversation between real lovers seeking confirmation in their commitment to each other.
Abby opens the Haysuse-produced song with transparent lyrics, singing, “I want to be your main thing, not your homegirl. Cuz I don’t want to have to share you with the whole world, babe. Cuz I’m a top-tier shawty. And you know it to the way you’re all on my body, and I don’t want nobody but you. And my knees get weak, when you speak to me, that ain’t like me…”
Iman raps back, “Would you ride for me or would you slide for me? Don’t bat your eyes at me, I see the games you playing, but wonder if you was the prize for me. Your eyes can’t keep a secret, and your mind been playing scrimmages. Your heart is playing defense, and your soul been putting minutes in…” The beat switch at the track’s latter half takes a more serious tone where Iman affirms his passion for the woman.
“You and Me” marks a new extension of Iman Nunez’s music palette. He’s stepping outside of his hard-nosed lyrical sound from his previous album, Phases Vol 2, Hosted By On The Radar, to an R&B-influenced sound.
Iman previously performed for BET 106 & Park at the BET Awards Weekend Event, which celebrated 25 years of BET’s cultural influence. Iman, Abby, and Haysuse can be found on Instagram @imannunez @abbyjasmine @__haysuse
4. Shungu & Fly Anakin ft. Goya Gumbani & Fatima – Talk To The Mass
Source:SHUNGU
Brussels-born multidisciplinary artist and producer ShunGu shares his new single “Talk to the Mass” featuring Fly Anakin, Goya Gumbani and Fatima. The track is accompanied by a Mackai Sharp-directed visual, which marks the first time the accomplished producer has ever had an official music video made for one of his songs. “Talk to the Mass” is a quintessentially subtle, breezy instrumental from the Belgian producer, catered perfectly to the incisive raps of Fly Anakin and Goya Gumbani, with Fatima’s soft vocals binding the various styles together. The single serves as the introductory offering to the producer’s next project, which will arrive later this Fall via Lex Records.
Speaking on the occasion, ShunGu shares, “This was the first time I ever made a proper music video for one of my tracks, so it felt like a special moment for me, especially since I’m not at the beginning of my career. I fully trusted Mackai to bring the vision of this first single to life.
I had a dream team on this track, and I wanted to kick things off with the one featuring three artists. The day we recorded it, Fatima and Goya happened to be there unexpectedly. I was in a session with Frank (Fly Anakin). At one point, there were about 10 of us crammed into a tiny studio. The good thing was that the energy pushed everyone to really step up their writing.”
ShunGu has carved out a singular space for himself as an innovative, revered voice in the underground hip-hop landscape, blending jazz-infused sampling with cosmic grooves, along with establishing a Detroit-indebted house alter ego Senga. That personality and distinct ear for instrumentals has cultivated a sense of community across his records with the likes of Pink Siifu, Fly Anakin, YUNGMORPHEUS and more finding a home in his beats. The Belgian producer has served as an accomplished custodian of this community for years, playing the role of an artist who is both deeply rooted in the underground scene and a pioneering force in driving it forward. ShunGu’s critically acclaimed debut album A Black Market Album was described by Pitchfork as “perfectly chosen drums and subtle swagger, reminiscent of nothing so much as golden-age Slum Village and other pre-Donuts J. Dee classics.”
Hear “Talk to the Mass” featuring Fly Anakin, Goya Gumbani and Fatima above, and stay tuned for more details on ShunGu’s forthcoming project coming soon.
5. Tiwa Savage & Skepta – On A Low
Source:Tiwa Savage
Following its premiere on Jack Saunders’ BBC Radio 1 show, Afrobeats royalty Tiwa Savage teams up with UK legend Skepta for the long-anticipated single “On A Low”, ahead of her upcoming album This One Is Personal, dropping August 28 on Empire.
Nigerian-born Tiwa’s connection to the UK has always run deep, and this collaboration feels both natural and long overdue. Over the years, she and Skepta have publicly celebrated each other’s successes, now, they finally come together on a record produced by Rymez (Wiley, Stefflon Don, Wretch 32).
“On A Low” sees Skepta bring a measured, emotive edge to Tiwa’s vibrant vocals, as the two explore the complexities of keeping a relationship under wraps. Navigating the tension between intimacy and public disclosure, the pair trade verses over a textured, percussive R&B rhythm that drives the track forward.
“It’s about trading the private for being able to tell your friends and loved ones about those flowers, that date night, that movie,” says Tiwa.
Grammy-nominated Tiwa Savage has been on a roll, her recent single “You4Me” is dominating airwaves with over 12 million streams, and just last month, she delivered a show-stopping headline performance at Little Simz’s Meltdown Festival, further cementing her status as a global force.
Tiwa Savage has truly earned her title as the “Queen of Afrobeats.” With nearly more than half a billion streams, three million monthly Spotify listeners, eighteen million Instagram followers, and a knack for forging powerful collaborations, her impact is undeniable. She’s penned Grammy nominated records for Beyonce’s The Lion King: The Gift, Fantasia, Babyface and sang backing vocals for Whitney Houston and George Michael. She has collaborated with artists ranging from Sam Smith and Chris Martin to Brandy, Nas, Wizkid, Davido, Craig David, and Bob Marley. Few artists can claim to have performed at King Charles’s coronation concert or graced the cover of Billboard magazine. In 2024, Tiwa Savage expanded her creative horizons, making her acting and producing debut on “Water & Garri”, truly proving that her ambitions know no bounds.
Tiwa’s evolution has been constant. As one of Afrobeats’ leading voices she’s spent the last two decades opening doors for the next generation, and now she’s ready to claim the spotlight she helped build. Born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in the UK from age eleven, and later educated in the US, Tiwa has navigated diverse cultures at every turn. This journey—marked by moments of isolation, reinvention, and unshakable resilience—infuses her music, allowing her to present herself on her terms for the very first time. Though she already boasts an MTV EMA, a MOBO Award, and a catalogue of genre‑defining hits, with “Kele Kele Love”, “Koroba” and “Malo” cemented as a generational touchstone, Tiwa’s reach extends far beyond awards.
6. Cautious Clay – Fade Blue (11pm)
Source:Cautious Clay
Today, singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Joshua Karpeh, aka Cautious Clay, shares a brand-new single and visualizer, “Fade Blue (11PM),” out now everywhere via Concord Records. The new single follows his album from May, The Hours: Morning, which earned praise at NPR, Vibe, and the AP, among many others.
Co-produced by Cautious Clay and Some Randoms (Kehlani, Lil Wayne, Reneé Rap, Ant Clemons, Wale), “Fade Blue (11PM)” begins with cinematic strings that lead into a groovy strut, complemented by a thick bass and tight percussion. Karpeh’s clear tenor meshes perfectly within the groove as he takes a gentle yet honest look at the way his life is shaking out. Rather than be too hard on himself, Karpeh is playful with his observations, cheekily equating green text bubbles with unfaithfulness.
Karpeh expands upon what “Fade Blue (11PM)” means to him: “This song is very much about removing all expectations about what you might be connecting to in your life versus how you are living your life, because they are not always the same. Being present-minded is something that is becoming harder and harder to do today, and throughout all of ‘The Hours”, I’m not only the Morning but also the Night, and I’m trying to prioritize being present. Blue is also becoming one of my favorite colors.”
Beyond his own artistry, Cautious has established himself as a highly sought-after songwriter and producer, collaborating with Billie Eilish, John Mayer, John Legend, Khalid, Kavinsky, Melanie Martinez, Remi Wolf, and most recently, Tycho. Following the release of his acclaimed EPs Resonance and Table of Context, he delivered his full-length 2021 debut Deadpan Love, a nuanced exploration of the complexities of human connection that earned him praise from The New York Times, Rolling Stone, The Fader, PAPER, and more. With his 2023 album KARPEH, Cautious reached new artistic heights, delivering a more intentional and sonically rich project. This bold evolution offered an intimate portrayal of his journey, his past, and his family life, solidifying his place as a singular voice in modern music and one to watch. Stream the new album, catch him live this fall, and stay tuned for more news to follow.
7. Kalan.FrFr – Hadju
Source:Kalan. FrFr
West Coast firebrand Kalan.FrFr delivers an emotionally charged new single titled “Hadju,” out now via Roc Nation Distribution. Known for his melodic storytelling, Kalan once again showcases his ability to seamlessly transition between rapping and singing, crafting an anthem where love is at the center of it all. Listen HERE.
Speaking about “Hadju,” Kalan.FrFr shares, “I wanted to take it back to a time where women are being serenaded and appreciated.” “‘Hadju’ is a masterpiece for that – it’s a song that tells your girl everything she wants to hear, while keeping it player.”
Ahead of its release, Kalan teased “Hadju” on social media for weeks, leaving fans clamoring to hear the full version. Never one to shy away from vulnerability in his lyrics, he bares his soul throughout the track, rapping: “If I had you I wouldn’t be following back no hoe / If I had the lo there will be roses at the front door.”
“Hadju” offers a taste of what’s coming down the pipeline for the fan favorite as he readies a larger body of work set to arrive later this year. A release date for the project hasn’t been revealed yet, but the LP marks his first full-length outing of 2025.
Alongside the new single, Kalan unveils an official visualizer for “Hadju,” which includes footage of him overlooking the Hollywood Hills at night – Watch HERE.
“Hadju” also coincides with the announcement of Kalan’s headlining concert this fall, alongside Bino Rideaux, BlueBucksClan, and more. Powered by Live Nation, the one-night-only event takes place on October 16 at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, Calif., where the SoCal native is slated to perform songs from his growing discography, as well as music from his last EP, MAKE THE WEST GREAT AGAIN.
8. 9Ni9ht ft. Lee “Scratch” Perry – Black Ark
Source:9ni9ht
9Ni9ht, the genre-defying duo formed by vocalist and visual artist Racquel Jones (formerly of Thievery Corporation) and multi-instrumentalist/producer Chuck Doom (formerly of Crosses, Team Sleep, and Saudade), is making their mark with their debut single, “Black Ark.” Featuring the iconic Lee “Scratch” Perry, the track is a dynamic fusion of Jamaican dub, hip-hop, alt-rock, and jazz that pushes the boundaries of genre and sound. It’s as much a sonic revolution as it is a bold statement about the world we live in.
The name 9Ni9ht is rooted in the Jamaican Nine-Night ceremony, a sacred tradition symbolizing both spiritual transition and the reclaiming of power. The duo’s music builds on that concept, offering a transformative listening experience that challenges societal systems of oppression. “Black Ark” serves as a raw, unapologetic protest anthem, confronting injustice head-on while laying the groundwork for the duo’s unique sound and vision.
Releasing on August 1st – also Emancipation Day in Jamaica – the single is steeped in symbolism. “This was me summoning all the ancestors that have caused change and a shift in history that we now have the luxury of enjoying. I feel we’re at this crucial point in life now where we need that again,” Jones says of “Black Ark”. “So we need to unearth that need for change by any means necessary in order to move us forward. Suddenly we have taken steps to hundreds of years back. How are we here fighting these battles again?”
The accompanying video opens with a spectral image of Perry, embodying the spirit of ancestors, guiding us through symbolic locations that speak to the legacy of oppression. One key scene takes place at a tower built by slaves on the grounds of a former sugar plantation, now a school, symbolizing the reclamation of spaces once defined by suffering and exploitation. This visual narrative, paired with the track’s unrelenting drive, presents a powerful plea for change.
The surreal self-portrait created by Jones for the single’s artwork deepens this narrative. Inspired by Kehinde Wiley’s A New Republic series and the Renaissance Equestrian period, the image features a mystical female figure on horseback – a guardian figure, riding through the rings of power with clarity and intent. It’s a reimagining of a historically laden visual language, softened with mysticism yet hard-hitting in its confrontation of reality. The figure rides through a spiritual battleground, one where destruction and renewal go hand in hand.
“This isn’t just cover art. It’s a portal”, shares Jones. “A visual Mantra, a reflection of what it means to stand at the center of collapse and still carry your light. “
Beyond the artwork, the symbolism in “Black Ark” continues to resonate with the influence of Perry’s own Black Ark studio in Jamaica, which he destroyed in an act of purification. This theme of destruction and rebirth runs through both the song and the visuals, as 9Ni9ht contemplates the need to dismantle systems of oppression in order to build something new and free.
“Black Ark” is more than just a debut single, it’s a statement on the power of art to spark change. It’s complex, confrontational, and visionary, with 9Ni9ht pushing the boundaries of what music can say and how it can say it. With this debut, the duo makes it clear: change is coming, and it starts with them.
9. Noah Floersch – Somebody Nobody Gets Over
Source:Noah Floersch
Today, Omaha-born and Nashville-based indie pop lyrical songsmith Noah Floersch announced he will be releasing his brand new alter-ego album Francis Aquarius out October 3rd via Concord Records. In celebration of the announcement, Noah has released his most gut-wrenching track yet with “Somebody Nobody Gets Over.”
The new song dives into the ache of unexpectedly running into an ex, watching them move on… and realizing you never really did. Co-written by Asia Whitacre, whose background vocals blend seamlessly with Noah’s, the track builds a vocally raw and emotionally charged performance that hits like a gut punch. The heart-on-sleeve chorus: “You’re somebody nobody gets over / Never gonna give myself the closure / Never gonna stop pulling you closer…” leaves listeners wanting to hit repeat the moment it ends. The music video, directed by Neta Ben Ezra and filmed in a Nashville greenhouse, captures the song’s emotional weight, showcasing Noah in his element: performing live.
Noah further elaborates: “‘Somebody Nobody Gets Over’ is an anthem for the heartbroken. Nothing hurts quite like watching the love of your life move on with someone new—especially as you try to remain friendly. It’s the kind of pain you get out by screaming along to a comfort song. Hopefully, Somebody Nobody Gets Over can be that song for some people.”
The song will join previously released tracks “Somethin’ Bout A Beer” & “Growing Everything Out” on Noah’s new album: Francis Aquarius.
Francis Aquarius is more than just an album; it’s a character study, written from the perspective of the anti-hero and alter-ego character: Francis Aquarius. Named after Noah’s middle name and star sign, the album steps into the shoes of a messy, deeply flawed alter ego: Francis is a guy who’s spiraling through heartbreak, drinking too much, saying the wrong things, and learning the hard way that he might be the problem. With tongue-in-cheek humor and gut-punching emotional vulnerability, the album tackles the darker side of things as opposed to Noah’s self-titled debut album, Noah.
“The last album was like, ‘Here I am, check me out, and everything’s beautiful and great,’” Noah says. “This one is like, here’s this really fun facade, but don’t look too long or you might see the ugly in me. The music fucking rocks, and it’ll move your body, and it’s gonna be a blast to perform. But if you check out the lyrics a little bit, there’s some poignancy there that is very, very true for me.”
Earlier this year, Noah released the album’s first two tracks: “Growing Everything Out” and “Somethin’ Bout A Beer.” “Growing Everything Out” is an upbeat self-aware anthem that describes the feeling when you find yourself slightly partying too hard on tour every night and burning the candle at both ends. The song describes that moment when you look in the mirror and think, “wow, you look like a hot mess, but that’s okay right now- I’m growing everything out,” almost as if you’re giving yourself the permission to let go a little bit.
“Somethin’ Bout A Beer” (or otherwise known as the unofficial Nashville bartenders’ anthem) is a prime example of Noah’s incredible style of lyricism and songwriting – upon first listen, you think the song is about one thing, but when you take a closer look, it’s got a deeper meaning. “Somethin’ Bout A Beer” follows that pattern as first listeners will hear a feel-good bar song about drinking away heartache…then upon the second listen, you will hear under the chorus the track is an homage to bartenders who help us nurse those wounds “Don’t forget to tip the ones who help you forget the ones you love.”
But while Francis Aquarius might be an anti-hero, Noah Floersch is quite the opposite. With over 75 million global streams, Noah has built an audience one song and one heartbreak at a time. His breakout track “Ghost of Chicago” has racked up over 35 million Spotify streams, and his duet with Em Beihold, “The Bird Song,” has introduced his storytelling to a whole new audience, including earned co-signs from Gracie Abrams, SZA, and the Taco Bell Feed The Beat Class of 2025, along with praise from outlets like Ones To Watch.
Noah recently announced he will be hitting the road this fall on his headline “Somethin’ Bout A Tour,” kicking off on September 29th in Orlando, Florida. The 21-date run will see Noah performing at some of the country’s hottest stages, including Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn, NY on October 6th, Los Angeles’s own Troubadour on October 24th, and returning to his now hometown of Nashville, TN to perform at Basement East on November 3rd. See more information at www.noahfloersch.com/tour.
10. Tiara Thomas – Kiss Me
Source:Tiara Thomas
Tiara Thomas, the Grammy and Oscar-winning singer-songwriter, makes her return with “Kiss Me,” a breezy and soulful single that highlights her signature warmth and effortless storytelling. Known for co-writing hits like H.E.R.’s “Damage” and Kaytranada/H.E.R.’s “Intimated,” Tiara once again steps into the spotlight with music that feels both timeless and refreshingly light.
“Kiss Me” was born during a late-night studio session with producer Dilemma, who first sparked the track’s playful energy. “It was so simple, yet soulful, with a really interesting groove,” Tiara says. “My goal with this one was just to create something fun and cute. I didn’t overthink the lyrics… I just wanted it to feel good.”
Following her 2023 single “Hit You Right Back” featuring Tone Stith, “Kiss Me” introduces the next chapter in Tiara’s evolution as she leans into intimacy, vulnerability, and sonic freedom while staying rooted in her unmistakable R&B foundation.
11. myah – glitter
Source:myah
Today, Los Angeles-based alt/indie pop singer-songwriter and filmmaker myah announces her debut album i don’t know what i’m feeling due out August 29. With the announcement, the artist shares glistening track “glitter” out now with its cinematic official music video, inspired by Bonnie & Clyde.
The forthcoming punchy LP is a confessional, bittersweet reflection on the highs and lows of love and self-discovery. Through 17 tracks, the musician captures falling in and out of love–the butterflies, joy, turbulence, heartache, anger and everything in between–as she comes to terms with love not always being the fairytale it appears to be. Myah shares, “It touches on the crisis you experience as you start to get older and realize that romance and love aren’t what you’ve been told your whole life. It’s toxic and devastating and confusing; it can feel like you’re on top of the world one day and then like your whole world is falling apart the next.”
A cohesive body of work, each song seamlessly flows together to weave a true, heartfelt story of love and loss and navigating through one’s twenties. Myah continues,”Every song is intertwined from start to finish and it’s meant to be listened to in order. It’s designed so that when people finish the album, they’re left wondering where I am now, and the truth is, I don’t know either. Because, well..i don’t know what i’m feeling.”
Often donning glitter, myah has become known to leave a shimmery trail. “Glitter” is a pure love song with a glossy melody. Myah explains, “It was inspired by someone telling me they found my glitter in their apartment and thought of me. That really stuck with me, the idea of glitter as my calling card. It’s about those small, physical traces that stay behind when you’re in love.”
Its matching music video unfolds like a movie–inspired by Bonnie & Clyde, 1950s and Scooby Doo–complete with a cliffhanger ending and comedic moments. Myah says, “I like curating experiences versus a singular aesthetic. My last music video, ‘dodging bullets,’ was a medieval epic, whereas glitter has more comedy and is a bit softer. It’s not what you would expect after releasing something so gory, and that’s the point. I don’t want anyone to be able to guess what world I’m going to transport them to next.”
myah is both a musician and an accomplished music video producer who has worked with a long list of illustrious artists including The Marias, Kehlani, Tinashe, Steve Aoki, Oliver Tree and more. Raised in South Florida, myah’s sound blends alternative rock, pop, and pop-punk melodies with midwest emo inspired guitar riffs and pulls inspiration from a range of artists like Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Foxing and Modest Mouse. Earlier this year, her fan-favorite music video for “the lobby” won a Telly Award and garnered over 160K views.
Now, stepping in front of the camera, myah is ready to introduce herself as she tells her story on her own terms with her first official studio album. Through a soft pop, lush soundscape, myah immerses listeners in a dreamlike, romantic world soaked in nostalgia, honesty and self-awareness to share her experiences, explore the difficulties of pursuing art, and express herself, as well as offer a place of comfort and understanding for her growing fan base.
Myah’s empowering debut album i don’t know what i’m feeling is due out August 29. The latest taste of the project, “glitter,” is out now. Don’t miss more from the rising musician and filmmaker–connect via Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

16. Rema – Kelebu
Source:Rema
Rema returns with fire. After tearing up stages across the U.S. and Europe on his “HEIS” tour — which included stops at Madison Square Garden in NYC and The O2 Arena in London, U.K. — he drops “Kelebu”, a pulse-pounding anthem produced by London.
As his critically acclaimed album, HEIS, celebrates its first anniversary, Rema isn’t looking back, he’s raising the bar once again. With “Kelebu,” he channels pure rhythm, paying nostalgic homage to the golden era of African dance music. A high-voltage blend of rhythm and swagger, it captures the raw, magnetic energy that defines Rema live. Built for dance floors, Rema raves, and late-night speakers, it’s a sonic escape, designed to make you forget everything and just move and groove.
Speaking on the song’s infectious sound, Rema shared:
“Growing up, I didn’t have a phone to create my music taste, my household had different music tastes, I listened to what everybody played. In school parties, we used to dance to a lot of Caribbean and Francophone bounces. We didn’t care about what they were saying because most of them were not even in our local language in Nigeria. They just kept repeating one word with a fantastic instrumental backing it up, and we all danced. Making music now, I’m reliving those moments by expressing it with my art.” — Rema
Fresh from his surprise appearance during Drake’s Wireless set, where critics hailed him as one of the day’s standout acts, Rema’s momentum is unstoppable. Years of relentless touring have sharpened his craft, and “Kelebu” is the sound of an artist fully in his zone, rewriting the rules, one beat at a time.
Rema launched into 2025 at full speed, dropping “Baby (Is It A Crime)” and “Bout U” before embarking on his global “HEIS” tour. The tour became a defining moment in his career, with sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden, a victorious return to The O2 for the second time in four years, and a packed Accor Arena in Paris. Across continents, Rema celebrated a six-year run of culture-shifting hits, cementing a legacy that’s continuously redefining Afrobeats on a global scale. During his O2 set, Rema shared a bold revelation: he’ll be stepping away from the UK stage for a while to focus entirely on his next body of work, the next phase in his artistic evolution. While the HEIS era has been nothing short of groundbreaking, he’s now locking into the studio, ready to craft something that doesn’t just follow up, but levels up. A new chapter is coming, and as always, Rema is shaping the future on his own terms. During Paris Fashion Week in June, Rema leveled up with his runway debut for 424, whilst also attending and sitting front row at Kenzo and Jacquemus.
17. FattMack – Untreated Trauma
Source:FattMack
FattMack, the 19-year-old rising star from Mobile, Alabama, delivers his boldest body of work yet with the release of Untreated Trauma, out now via Great Day Records. The new project arrives on the heels of a standout year and further cements his voice as one of the most urgent and unfiltered in rap today.
Across Untreated Trauma, FattMack leans fully into his signature style: raw, reflective, and razor-sharp. The project showcases his storytelling, emotional range, and ability to turn pain into power. He taps into the realities of coming up too fast, surviving too much, and making it through the chaos with honesty intact. The soundscape is dark and focused, matching the weight of the subject matter without losing momentum or edge.
The release follows his acclaimed April mixtape Here to Stay and a high-profile performance at Roots Picnic in June, where he rocked a packed crowd in Philadelphia. Tracks like “Fake Love” (feat. Raq Baby & BAK Jay), “Kai Cenat,” and fan-favorite “Hit It” with Lil Tony have pushed his streaming numbers past 147 million overall. He’s currently pulling in over 5 million streams per week and continues to grow his fanbase through consistent, no-holds-barred releases.
Untreated Trauma isn’t just a project, it’s a statement. It reflects where FattMack’s been, what he’s seen, and the mental toll of navigating fame and survival at the same time. It’s a fearless follow-up to Here to Stay and an even deeper look into the mind of one of rap’s most compelling young voices.
18. DJ Premier & Roc Marciano – Prayer Hands
Source:DJ Premier
The moment hip-hop fans have been eagerly anticipating is finally here, as two of hip-hop’s most revered architects—DJ Premier and Roc Marciano—have joined forces to give the people what they want with the forthcoming collaborative project, The Coldest Profession, which will be released on 8.8.25.
A true icon, DJ Premier (who also just announced the “He’s The Preemo I’m The Chemist” European Tour This Winter With The Alchemist) is one of the most influential and genre-pushing producers of all time. Roc Marciano, often credited with laying the foundation for the modern underground renaissance, is one of the most influential multi-hyphenates (rapper/producer) artists of the last decade.
The moment hip-hop fans have been eagerly anticipating is finally here; Preem and Marci have already offered up a teaser with The Coldest Profession’s first single and video “Armani Section.” The “Armani Section” video is high-end luxury music, and an amalgamation of how their collaborative union ended up coming to pass. Upon bumping into each other while they were both engaged in some retail therapy at Macy’s in NYC, the collaborative spark was re-ignited and put back on the front burner. Roc Marciano described the collab as “gutter and expensive, and the visual for “Armani Section” exemplifies that. Shot on location in LA, Preem and Marci stroll down Rodeo Drive, cruise around in luxury vehicles, traverse graffiti-filled backstreets, and puff on expensive cigars while enjoying exotic views of the city.
Now, DJ Premier and Roc Marciano return with the project’s second single, “Prayer Hands,” which is now available at DSP’s. “I praise the Lord and keep the faith.” With “Prayer Hands,” Premier offers a minimalist groove with his patented scratch chorus setting the stage, as Marci gets into slick talk mode and effortlessly darts from topic to topic as only he can.
“Roc always makes sure to never go in the direction of the expected types. He brags, without bragging. He shows off, without showing off” DJ Premier acknowledges with appreciation. “If that does not make sense, then you’re not what we want in our league of pure style. That’s the definition of “Prayer Hands.” Explanations are not needed.”
You may have heard of “The Oldest Profession,” but Roc Marci and DJ Premier are indoctrinating you into The Coldest Profession.
DJ Premier & Roc Marciano’s The Coldest Profession will be released on 8.8.25 courtesy of TTT (To The Top), DJ Premier’s management (Ian Schwartzman & Keeb) and Roc Marciano’s management (Derek “Jazz” Walker).
19. Charlotte Sands – neckdeep
Source:Charlotte Sands
Alt-pop trailblazer Charlotte Sands returns today with her explosive new single, “neckdeep,” arriving in the midst of her nationwide run on the idobi Radio Summer School Tour.
Following the success of her 2024 album can we start over?, Charlotte is stepping boldly into a new era, first teased with June’s fiery single “HUSH” and now ignited with “neckdeep.” Blending bratty hyperpop with brooding alt-rock, the song delivers a vibrant collision of anthemic pop hooks, raw angst, and metallic punk grit. “neckdeep” is a cathartic scream into the void, a full-body release and the perfect soundtrack for the next chapter of a brat rock summer.
“neckdeep” is a song about the realization you’re no longer a priority in your relationship and the desperation that comes with wanting to be seen,” Charlotte shares. “It captures the chaos that comes with being pushed past your breaking points and constantly existing on the edge of helplessness and revenge.”
Known for her genre-blurring sound, radical honesty, and electric live shows, Charlotte Sands has built a dedicated cult following by turning vulnerability into empowerment. Her music soundtracks the highs and lows of growing up, pairing emotional intensity with massive, singalong-ready hooks.
Since making her debut in 2018, Charlotte has charted in the U.S. Top 40 for over 15 weeks, won ‘Best Breakthrough Album’ at the Heavy Music Awards, and has amassed over 300 million global streams — all while remaining a fully independent artist. She’s shared the stage with acts like My Chemical Romance, 5 Seconds of Summer, and YUNGBLUD, and in 2024, she embarked on a highly successful global headline tour in support of her album, which further cemented her status as one of the most compelling live performers in the alt-pop space.
With her bright blue hair, Y2K-inspired style, and magnetic presence, the LA-based artist has cemented herself as an alt-pop it girl. But behind the bold aesthetic is a fiercely hands-on artist—designing her own merch and jewelry, crafting her signature makeup looks, and creative directing all her visuals. Fearlessly herself in every detail, Charlotte Sands is a one-of-a-kind artist who continues to defy expectations.
20. ABIR – Nothing New
Source:ABIR
Moroccan-American powerhouse ABIR returns with the announcement of her highly anticipated sophomore album, THE GAME, available now for pre-save. Alongside the news, she shares her powerful and self reflective new single “Nothing New,” out now on all streaming platforms via EMPIRE.
Blending smoky R&B with haunting melodies and subtle nods to her Moroccan heritage, ABIR turns heartbreak into catharsis with her signature fusion of vulnerability and vocal power. “Nothing New” is a strikingly honest reflection on emotional blind spots, opening with ABIR naming the many people in her life who think her partner is the worst. Friends, family, and everyone in between weigh in, their warnings echoing the quiet doubt she has been carrying inside. As she sings through the dissonance of staying with someone she knows is not good for her, the track captures that deeply human tension when love makes it nearly impossible to let go, even when the red flags are so clear you feel them both emotionally and physically.
On the single ABIR shares, “‘Nothing New’ is about the comfort we find in chaos even when we know better. There’s always that moment when you admit to yourself you’ve stayed not because it’s right, but because it’s familiar, and maybe easier than leaving? I wanted to put those feelings into a song because I know so many people are stuck in that same fight.”
“Nothing New” follows ABIR’s recent EP THE TIP OFF, which featured fan favorites “Butterflies,” “Made For You,” and “Something Real.” These tracks will now be part of her forthcoming full-length album THE GAME, a bold and emotionally layered project that explores love not as a fairytale, but as a mirror of self reflection. The album unpacks the idea that love is a game you play with yourself, one that requires honesty, self-awareness, and the courage to face your ego, your fears, and the patterns that no longer serve you. THE GAME is a journey into what it really means to show up for someone else by first showing up for yourself.
On the album ABIR shares, “My forthcoming album ‘The Game’ is a collection of stories I’ve lived and others I’ve watched unfold either through friends, relationships, and honestly even some of my favorite films. The album throughline is really about how love tends to mirror a game that’s not just with someone else, but with yourself. It’s ego, fear, and patterns that keep playing out until you learn what needs to change to break them. Each song represents a different quarter and what it takes to stick it out through every phase to hopefully come out winning.”
Recognized by Billboard as one of the “most exciting new voices” in contemporary music, ABIR, the Morocco-born, Los Angeles-based artist, has become a standout figure in pop, praised for her blend of R&B and dance grooves. She first garnered global attention with her RIAA gold-certified hit “Finest Hour,” a collaboration with electronic trio Cash Cash, which topped iTunes’ Dance Songs chart for eight weeks and became a Top 40 staple. Following that success, ABIR released her debut EP MINT (RIAA platinum certified), featuring tracks like “Tango” and “Young & Rude,” earning over half a billion streams and acclaim from outlets like Idolator and Complex. Known for infusing traditional Arab music into her pop/R&B sound, ABIR’s artistry has evolved with her EP, HEAT, reflecting her more profound connection to her roots. With her recent release of THE TIP OFF and her future release of THE GAME, her first full length project in nearly four years, ABIR continues to break boundaries and inspire as she reshapes the narrative for Arab women in modern music.
Stay tuned for more to come from the incredible songstress and her journey through THE GAME of love.

24. Homixide Gang – Homixide Lifestyle 2
Source:Homixide Gang
The 25-track album includes standout collaborations with their Opium labelmates, including Ken Carson on “PB&J,” and Destroy Lonely on “Shopping Bags.” It also includes features from Homixide Mali and R5 Homixide. Production comes from a stacked lineup including Pi’erre Bourne, who produced both the high-octane anthem “Free Agents,” which has already racked up over 1 million views, and “VICE CITY,” along with Wakeup F1LTHY, Maaly Raw, TLY Jacob, Section 8, ATL Jacob, DJ Moon, and others across the project. Another standout is the fiery single “5G,” which samples Smashing Pumpkins’ 1993 classic “Cherub Rock” into a distorted rush of searing guitars, escalating tension, and a heavy drop delivered with unrelenting intensity. While still rooted in the rage-rap chaos they’ve become known for, Homixide Lifestyle 2 shows clear sonic growth—drawing more heavily from Southern hip-hop and signaling a darker, more refined evolution of their sound.
Last spring, the dynamic rap duo dropped their highly anticipated project, I5U5WE5. Praised by Rolling Loud for their “electrifying sound” and hailed by Revolver Magazine as “the sound of the future,” the project features “R50,” “HI-VOLTAGE,” and a collaboration with fellow Atlanta artist Lil Yachty on “SIDE EFFExT.” Listen HERE. Prior to the release of I5U5WE5, Homixide Gang performed a SOLD-OUT run of five shows in China, commanding 1,500-capacity venues. As the pioneering Opium artists to grace this market, their presence marked a historic milestone in their artistic journey. The buzz from these performances quickly spread online, amplifying their presence and solidifying their status as artists to watch. Watch the recap HERE. They then unleashed their “insane, unfiltered energy” on the 22-date North American leg of their tour, delivering “a performance that was both electrifying and chaotic.” 2024 concluded with standout festival appearances, including ComplexCon and Rolling Loud Miami. Now that Homixide Lifestyle 2 has arrived, they’re next in line to take the reins.
25. India Shawn & Lucky Daye – Cotton Candy Blvd
Source:India Shawn
One of music’s most mellifluous and intoxicating voices, India Shawn releases her new single, “Cotton Candy Blvd.,” featuring Grammy® Award-winning artist Lucky Daye. “Cotton Candy Blvd.” is textured and bold with an unexpected edge from something as sweet as cotton candy. True to India’s honest and unfeigned lyrics, “Cotton Candy Blvd.” speaks from a real and relatable place. There’s a warm embrace to the song, like a late summer drive you never want to end. Listen HERE.
Said India Shawn of the song, “’Cotton Candy Blvd.’ is a summer night, a slow drive, and a long-awaited yes. I’ve been waiting just as long as the fans for this dream collab, and it delivers. There’s something magical about the way Lucky and I blended on the record. The song is sweet, but it’s got depth – it’s the tension before the kiss, the invitation and the promise. When I sing ‘I’m more than ready to love,’ I mean it.”
“Cotton Candy Blvd.” was written by India Shawn, Yonatan “Chiiild”[;.? Ayal, Alexander Duncan IV, Colin Munroe, D’Mile, Rudolph > Catwell II and Lucky Daye, produced by D’Mile and Yonatan “Chiiild” Ayal, and engineered by D’Mile and John Kercy.
This release follows India Shawn’s return to music with her genre-bending single and video, “Kill Switch” via VANTA Music/Hollywood Records. Highlighting India’s mesmerizing voice and weaves the story of reclaiming one’s power. “Kill Switch” germinated the morning of the recording session with India waking up with the phrase “anybody else but you” in her head. When India arrived at the studio, Livvy Bennett and Michael Hunter (of indie rock band Mamalarky) were jamming on ideas that would shape the song, and that line clicked perfectly into place over the chords. D’Mile brought the production to life, and Varren Wade helped flesh out the melody and lyrics.
26. Lil Poppa – Almost Normal Again
Source:Lil Poppa
Today, Jacksonville rapper and CMG signee Lil Poppa unleashes Almost Normal Again, a piercingly personal new album that flaunts all the wounded melodies and thoughtful songwriting that helped make him one of the most promising voices in the Sunshine State. You can stream Almost Normal Again here.
Checking in at 16 tracks, Lil Poppa’s new project is an expressive mosaic of life lessons — instructive hardships at the intersection of things you can change and things you can’t. The thrill of the wins and the sobriety of the losses. Tracks like “Start Trippin (Shawty Fine)” evoke the W’s. Cruising over a medieval strings and pummeling 808s, Poppa turns in a barrage of flexes that are simultaneously raw and matter-of-fact: “Told the bitch I got it, so it ain’t trickin’/As long as the house got a stove and a kitchen.”
For tracks like “I Hate You,” Poppa shifts from playboy escapades to exasperated heartbreak. Crooning over somber piano, Poppa lets loose hurt feelings and nakedly honest venom for an ex lover: “Imma start his off by sayin’ I hate you bitch/You know it won’t cost you a dime to be faithful.” Baring his emotions like a raw nerve, Lil Poppa specializes in perspective — the driving force behind a new album that should propel him to the highest heights of his career. He’ll scale those new mountain tops by looking inside himself to make anthems for every situation.
“I never knew how to open up about my problems,” Poppa says. “So I used music for therapy. It’s healing not only for me, but for my fans.” Those therapy sessions have earned him millions of Spotify streams and an expansive fan base. Their roots stem from a childhood where he learned the power of prayer and family.
Almost Normal Again arrives after Poppa concluded his Almost Normal Again Tour, a trek that began in Washington, DC and concluded in his native Jacksonville.
27. Haiden Henderson – tension
Source:Haiden Henderson
Primed for a breakthrough this year, rising pop artist Haiden Henderson unleashes his anxiously awaited new tension EP out now via LAVA/Republic Records. Listen HERE. Watch the “tension” music video HERE.
“A friendship-turned-romantic stitches all of these songs together,” Henderson admits in discussing the EP. “It complicated my life. tension follows the arc of this situation becoming complicated and falling out. Since the relationship ended without closure, the songs are my way of getting my side of the story out. More than anything I’ve made in the past, there’s a journey within this project for anyone open to it.”
He initially drew audiences into the project’s living and breathing world by way of the buzzing tracks “lovesucker,” “lips,” and “sweat.” Among many standouts, the eight-song collection boasts the title track and single “tension.” During the latter, he stretches an emotional vocal across an elastic soundscape accented by grainy guitar, airy beat-craft, and a slinky bassline. He may be grappling with still residing in the vicinity of an ex-lover, but he goes on to flaunt his range with the refrain, “You still live, down the street, we don’t speak, tension’s all I know.”
By holding nothing back, Haiden has quietly incited a cult-level of adoration since his emergence in 2021. He initially buzzed with the Good Grief EP [2022] followed by the Choke on My Heart EP [2024] and the lover boy EP [2024]. The latter spawned “hell of a good time,” which popped off to the tune of 25 million streams. He sold out headline shows in addition to sharing stages with everyone from MICO to Landon Barker. Along the way, he received acclaim courtesy of PAPER Magazine, Rolling Stone, Vogue, and more. Simultaneously, he attracted a devout audience of acolytes affectionately dubbed “Haider Nation.”

29. TiaCorine – Fall In Love
Source:TiaCorine
Today, genre-bending North Carolina rapper TiaCorine drops “Fall In Love,” a ride-or-die anthem set to her signature blend of hard bars, snapping drums, and kaleidoscopic melodies. Listen to the new single HERE via Interscope Records.
“Fall In Love” may be a love song, but fans know better than to expect the softer side of TiaCorine. She comes at romance with the same intent and intensity that she brings to past verses. Over a warped funk-soul sample and crystalized synth lines, she makes her intent known: “I’m really her, the way I pulled up to your avenue / Change your latitude, might fly you out and buy you tennis shoes, baby boo.”
The fresh single follows a series of anticipation-building appearances from TiaCorine, who teased new music at The Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash in Chicago following her headlining set at Charlotte, NC’s Durag Festival the night before. She also performed alongside JT and MikeQ as part of NYC Pride at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge.
“Fall In Love” is only TiaCorine’s latest hard-hitting offering. In May she dropped “Ironic,” a flex-packed, psychedelic track produced by Kenny Beats that came with a fittingly trippy music video courtesy of Lyrical Lemonade. Before that came “ATE,” a drill-infused cut that celebrates the fact that she’s eating while her rivals struggle to keep up. That one also came with a distinct video version that includes vogue performances and musical contributions from Jus10 and Byrell The Great — watch HERE. She also shared the kaleidoscopic “Different Color Stones.”
TiaCorine is building off of a monumental 2024 in which she dropped her critically acclaimed Almost There EP, shared the scorching hot “Shamone” music video, teamed with Luh Tyler for “Yung Joc,” and let loose a wild verse alongside A$AP Ferg on Denzel Curry’s summer single “HOT ONE.” Following the EP release, Rolling Stone spoke to TiaCorine for an in-depth interview, and The FADER applauded how Almost There “highlights just how far her chameleonic versatility can stretch.” She also embarked on her first-ever headlining US tour.
It all started with TiaCorine’s debut album, I Can’t Wait, led by breakout track “FreakyT,” which inspired a viral dance trend and soared up the Urban Mainstream and Billboard Hip Hop/R&B charts. Her momentum grew across 2023, when she made the XXL Freshman Class and scored “Artist to Watch” nods from Rolling Stone, COMPLEX, Pigeons & Planes, Zane Lowe, Our Generation Music, and more. Cosigns from the likes of Drake, Flo Milli, and the late, great Gangsta Boo followed, as well a direct support slot with Key Glock and festival appearances including Dreamville Festival, Rolling Loud Miami, Day N Vegas, and Rolling Loud NYC.

33. Arabian – Blindsided

She gets swept up in the whirlwind of romance with him, floating high on passion before it all comes crashing down and she’s met with reality. The mid-tempo R&B instrumental lays the foundation for her clear vocals and harmonies to shine as she comes to the realization that she has to move differently when it comes to love.

35. Devine Camara & Amadeus360 – The Essence
Source:Devine Carama
Emmy-winning Hip-Hop luminary Devine Carama and producer Amadeus360 have taken up the mantle as the Guardians of the Boom Bap on their new collaborative album of the same name. It’s a concise body of work dedicated to the bare essentials of Hip-Hop’s Golden Era. Consistent with this theme, album standout “The Essence” gets the visual treatment courtesy of cinematographer Shooter McGavin. Unveiled today (8/1/2025) via YouTube, the music video was shot in the East End and downtown area of Carama’s hometown of Lexington, Kentucky.
“The song and video were meant to capture ‘the essence’ of an MC driven by culture, not commerce. 15 years separate those two clips in the opening scene, both with me wearing the shirt of my day job. It encapsulates how long I’ve been grinding to make a better life for my family.” – Devine Carama
Following his 2021 full-length collaboration with Termanology 360, Amadeus360 firmly etched his name as a modern torchbearer for raw, gritty Boom Bap with his 2023 magnum opus The MPC Jedi. In contrast to the throng of cross-generational spitters featured across that album’s 18 tracks, the self-proclaimed “Beat King” has, once again, locked in with one MC for Guardians of the Boom Bap. “I am a sucker for a real lyricist, and Devine is an animal on the mic!”, says Amadeus. Released on all major digital streaming platforms via Soulspazm on June 13, the new album follows the fourth installment of Carama’s critically acclaimed Kingtucky series. As an activist, youth advocate, published author, and college professor, the rapper’s socially conscious tenor shines throughout the album. “We want listeners to get that same feeling they got listening to hip-hop in the 90’s”, Carama explains. “Just beats, rhymes, and life.”

36. Metro Boomin – A Futuristic Summa
Source:Metro Boomin
Today, the legendary GRAMMY® Award-nominated diamond-certified producer, DJ, and St.Louis-born artist soundtracks the season with the release of his brand new project, Metro Boomin Presents: A Futuristic Summa (Hosted by DJ Spinz), out now.
Listen HERE via Boominati Worldwide/Mercury Records/Republic Records.
He throws it back to the 21st century’s golden age of Atlanta hip-hop, rewinding to the era of 2010-2012 when the scene really began to catch fire – especially the Futuristic Era, when Yung L.A. and J Money carved a new lane that defined Atlanta’s next wave and inspired a generation of hitmakers. In order to get into this mindset, he tapped a cohort of iconic ATL MCs for these tracks, including 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Roscoe Dash, T.I., Travis Porter, Quavo, Young Dro, and Young Thug to name a few. Together, they channel classic trap vibes, timeless Southern swagger, and enough heat to scorch the stage at Magic City. Additionally, Metro Boomin, ushers in new prominent female ATL rappers (Bunna B, YK Niece) by connecting them with these ATL rap legends while also paying homage to Young Scooter and Takeoff. With all of these amazing nods to the ATL rap scene, this project serves as the ultimate love letter to Atlanta.
As always though, Metro Boomin pushes forward into the future as both a producer and an artist, upping his game and elevating the culture in the process.
Check out the full tracklisting below.
He capped off last year with a much-deserved victory lap. GQ christened Metro Boomin and Future its “Hitmakers of the Year” for 2024, featuring the duo on the cover of the “Men of the Year” issue and chatting extensively with them in an exclusive interview. Prior, they had logged back-to-back #1 debuts on the Billboard 200 with WE DON’T TRUST YOU and WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU. Not to mention, the single “Like That” with Kendrick Lamar spent three weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Beyond becoming what Billboard hailed as “the biggest story in rap,” the pair sold out arenas everywhere on the We Trust You Tour.
As always, Metro Boomin is keeping his foot on the gas and charging ahead with more music and surprises to be uncovered soon…
“Metro Boomin Summa” is officially underway.
37. MexikoDro – Marta
Source:MexikoDro Beats
On the fast track towards an impactful breakthrough, Platinum-certified Atlanta-based producer, “plugg” pioneer, rapper, and artist MexikoDro unleashes a brand new single entitled “MARTA” out now. It serves as the first official release under his recently minted deal with Republic Records—announced earlier this summer. Listen HERE and watch the official music video HERE.
“MARTA” channels the Golden Age of Atlanta trap with its vintage production anchored by thick 808s and a venomous bass line. At the same time, he expands the palette with ominous strings and entrancing piano. Against this backdrop, he gets reflective as he throws it back to his days riding public transit—“MARTA” in Atlanta for those unfamiliar. He recalls, “Had to go harder ‘cause I ain’t tryna fuck around and be back on no Marta.” It’s a pledge he has proudly made good on now as he posts outside of the Marta bus stop in his all white Range Rover and matching white Ralph Lauren pajamas in the cover art and music video.
MexikoDro has already surged throughout the culture as an influential producer, cooking up tracks for everyone from Drake to Playboi Carti and Kodak Black. Along the way, he quietly unveiled his solo music, picking up the mic and introducing another side of his artistry. This March, he reached critical mass when he unleashed the rapidly rising banger “No Date.” It has already gathered north of 4 million Spotify streams and counting and climbed into the Top 10 on the US Shazam Chart. Not to mention, Lil Yachty shared a video of himself rapping to the song. Plus, he has claimed real estate on coveted playlists such as Spotify’s “Most Necessary,” “No Cap,” “Out The Mud,” and “Fresh Finds: Hip Hop,” to name a few.
Pitchfork gave a gleaming review of “No Date” stating, ““No Date,” produced by BapeBrazy, has been one of the breakout Atlanta underground rap songs of the year because MexikoDro feels like a throwback to a kind of heart-on-his-sleeve, blue-collar rapper who’s harder to come by in the performative internet era.”
It’s just the beginning though. He’s got a signature raspy flow and relatable lyrics about real life that proves just as unforgettable as his inventive production.
Stay tuned for his next single and more news very soon.
MexikoDro has arrived.

Source:Jwalt – Topic
The rising voice of West Coast lyricism, Jwalt returns with Every Version of Me, a fearless and multifaceted sophomore album out now via Creative Theory LLC / Create Music Group. Executive produced by hip-hop legend Sway Calloway, the 13-track album reflects Jwalt’s dual journey — growing up in Oakland and evolving as a young man while attending NYU in New York. The result is a collection of songs that blend storytelling, culture, and celebration into one cohesive artistic statement.
Jwalt sets the tone with “Love Myself,” a fan-favorite that marked a personal and professional milestone as his first charting single on the iTunes Top 100. Rooted in vulnerability and lyrical reflection, it’s a record about choosing yourself even amid struggles. That identical emotional transparency drives “Graduation,” a classic boom-bap track that closes the album, chronicling Jwalt’s balance between education and artistry — detailing moments of doubt, hustle, and future vision. “Bay 2 NY” is a coast-bridging anthem featuring Seiji Oda, paying tribute to both cities by fusing Bay Area bounce with East Coast grit.
The newest single, “STUPID,” flips the tone with high energy and West Coast charisma, produced by LA’s Ethos and recorded at Harmony Samuels’ studio. It taps into the DNA of artists like YG and Dom Kennedy — slick, cool, and unapologetically West. Elsewhere, Jwalt taps into his community with features from Stunnaman02, 1100Himself, and Shante while honoring the late Angus Cloud with a powerful interlude that adds personal resonance and reflection to the album.
With production from P-Lo, DJ Synchro, Clay Dough, Dom Bailey, and more, Every Version of Me is not just a title — it’s a declaration. “This isn’t just my story,” says Jwalt. “It’s a reminder to embrace every side of who you are. There’s beauty in all of it.”

Dallas rapper Montana 700 just dropped his latest mixtape, The Greatest of All Traps, today via 300 ENT / Remain Solid.
The Dallas artist stakes out a claim as his generation’s premier trapper-turned-rapper on The Greatest of All Traps, his kinetic new mixtape. The mixtape continues Montana’s trailblazing “New Dallas” movement, which attempts to form a united front in the city, eliminating beef for a shared goal of building a flourishing rap scene. Along with his frequent rap partner Zillionaire Doe, who appears on the tape’s “Real Pain,” Montana 700 defines the sound of the scene, pulling from all eras to create anthems with motivational energy and raw lyricism
Like Montana’s last mixtape, February’s 700 Reasons, the new tape provides a fresh spin on classic Southern rap sounds, making trap music that makes you want to move. The Greatest Of All Traps is more soulful and contemplative than its predecessor, taking its foot off the gas for reflective highlights like the twinkling “On The Road,” and “5AM In Miami,” a woozy collaboration with Loe Shimmy. The tape reaches a climax with “Pray,” a collaboration with melodic rapper Kocky Ka and a local gospel choir, which conveys Montana’s fears and aspirations with cinematic grandeur. Featuring an additional guest appearance from YFN Lucci on the tape highlight “Loyalty Is Real.” With The Greatest Of All Traps on the way, Montana 700 prepares to make an impact on a grand scale.
