Today (June 16th), it was announced that 4x Grammy-nominated recording artist Gunna is partnering with NFL powerhouses Laremy Tunsil and Charles Omenihu for something very special. The trio is launching a one-of-a-kind Youth Football & Empowerment Camp this Saturday, June 21st in Frisco, Texas. In partnership with Distinctly HIS, this free event will welcome 130 local youth for a day of athletic training, inspiration, and community support.

The event aims to inspire, educate, and empower young athletes both on and off the field. Taking place from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at a training facility (3800 Gaylord Pkwy Ste 120, Frisco, TX 75034), the camp will offer participants hands-on football instruction and life-changing mentorship. In addition to elite training led by NFL stars and music icon Gunna, the experience will include:

-Life skills workshops, giveaways, and surprise guests

-Exclusive gear for every attendee

-Q + A with Gunna, Laremy and Charles about mental health and overcoming adversity

-A gaming tournament where campers can face off against the camp hosts

“This camp is about planting seeds—in football, in life, and in purpose. I know what it means to grow up with big dreams and limited resources. If we can be a source of inspiration and opportunity for these kids, even just for a day, that impact can last a lifetime.” – Laremy Tunsil

“This camp is more than just drills and plays, it’s about showing up for yourself and your future. It’s about committing to the grind, pushing through every challenge, and never quitting. This camp teaches more than football, it builds a mindset that won’t stop, driving these kids to keep going beyond the game, every single day.” – Gunna

“Being able to pour into the next generation, side by side with people who care just as deeply, it means everything to me. We’re not just showing them what’s possible; we’re helping them believe they can get there too.” – Charles Omenihu
