1. Pink Siifu – SCREW4LIFE’! RIPJALEN’!
Source:Pink Siifu
Today, the enigmatic Pink Siifu shares his new song “SCREW4LIFE’! RIPJALEN’!”. Following a prolific run of collaborative projects over the last several years including It’s Too Quiet..’!! with Turich Benjy, Leather Blvd. as part of B. Cool Aid with Ahwlee and BAG TALK DELUXE with YUNGMORPHEUS, the new song marks Siifu’s first offering of new solo work since his critically acclaimed 2022 solo album GUMBO’!.
“SCREW4LIFE’! RIPJALEN’!” expands on the futuristic soundscape that Siifu first started to explore with GUMBO’!, laying uniquely frenetic and calculated verses over production drowned in heavy bass. GUMBO’! was where Siifu first connected with Turich Benjy on the standout track “Bussin (Cold),” introducing the Cincinnati artist into the creative community that Siifu has been cultivating for years. The album featured many faces new and old from that community, including Nick Hakim, WifiGawd, Vayda, VCR, Lance Skiiwalker, Big Rube, Nelson Bandela and more, as well as production from Tony Seltzer, Harry Fraud, HiTech, DJ Harrison, Swarvy and others.
Siifu will also be embarking on a series of European tour dates with Turich Benjy next month, bringing their raucous live show for It’s Too Quiet..’! overseas after their North American tour earlier this year. The European run bookends a series of solo live shows for Siifu over the last several months including a run of dates in support of MAVI on his Shadowbox tour, and supporting Freddie Gibbs and Madlib’s Teñata anniversary shows in New York and LA.
As a solo artist, Siifu received universal acclaim for his 2018 breakout solo album ensley, and obliterated all expectations on his genre-defying album NEGRO, released in 2020, which the New York Times called “the most fearless album in his vast catalog of equally experimental music.” He’s remained a steadfast musical polymath, impossible to pin down to one genre, sound, or group of peers, instead choosing to do it all and excel, from neo-soul and R&B with B. Cool-Aid’s Leather Blvd. earlier this year, serene guest vocals on tracks with The Avalanches or his noisy, provocative presence on Armand Hammer’s rowdy track “Trauma Mic.”
Listen to “SCREW4LIFE’! RIPJALEN’!” above, see the upcoming European tour dates below and stay tuned for more from Pink Siifu coming soon.
2. Tyler, The Creator – CHROMAKOPIA
Source:Tyler, The Creator
Tyler, The Creator releases new album CHROMAKOPIA via Columbia Records. The album’s arrival comes on the heels of a short but mesmerizing rollout — one in which Tyler went from introducing the world of CHROMAKOPIA through his cryptic “ST. CHROMA” video to unveiling the full album over the course of 12 days. Within that window, he shared the single “Noid” alongside its accompanying music video, detailed the lineup for the 10th edition of his Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival (which is set to take place in LA on November 16th and 17th), announced a world tour featuring special guests Lil Yachty and Paris Texas and hosted an album listening at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles last night.
3. Serj Tankian – Life’s Revengeful Son
Source:serjtankian
Today, singer, poet, songwriter, visual artist, film producer, activist and author SERJ TANKIAN, lead singer and lyricist for the GRAMMY© Award-winning rock band System Of A Down has debuted the new video for the song ”Life’s Revengeful Son.” The song is the fourth single and video off SERJ TANKIAN’s 5-Song EP of new music titled FOUNDATIONS, which is available worldwide via Gibson Records HERE. “Life’s Revengeful Son” incorporates a variety of instrumentation, including acoustic and electric guitars and dramatic orchestration, into an epic closer with unmatched imagery: “The final revolution will occur when the arms of the clock fall,” Tankian sings. “Jesus seen in the streets, dragging a car axel instead of the cross.”
SERJ TANKIAN’s FOUNDATIONS mines music and lyrics from previous decades and reframes them in a hard-hitting, intensely focused collection. Like all of TANKIAN’s work, the five songs that comprise FOUNDATIONS encompass a wide range of sounds and styles. It is music that traverses multiple eras and vast swaths of emotions. It is also very much a rock album – ‘music of rebellion,’ says TANKIAN.
FOUNDATIONS kicks off with “A.F. Day,” a raging, heavy-riffing track that sounds like classic TANKIAN. The origins of the song date back almost three decades, to his earliest days with System of a Down. TANKIAN never brought it to the band to record, and when he happened upon “A.F. Day” more recently he “felt it should finally be released.” In doing so, he retained much of the original music, including his vocals – a decision that was partly pragmatic: “My voice has naturally changed over time,” TANKIAN explains. As the lyrics demonstrate, his attitude has not. “Medieval educators locking horns at the playground at 5 / Real live police crime shows submission of the population at large,” he rails, expressing disgust with indoctrination and blind deference to authority at every turn.
“A.F. Day” is followed the album’s most anthemic track, and also its emotional centerpiece: “Justice Will Shine On.” Another song whose compositional roots date back to the early SOAD days, the impassioned hard rocker is nonetheless instilled with a message that is as hard-hitting and vital today. Over potent riffs and pummeling rhythms, TANKIAN grapples with the atrocities of the Armenian genocide experienced by his grandparents firsthand. He addresses their suffering in jarringly personal and direct terms, singing, “Can you tell me dear grandfather of your childhood so far away / You can see the death of laughter in his teared eyes disarray / Can you tell me dear grandmother of your childhood from hunger and pain / Of the orphans you called brothers in her teared eyes disarray.” As the song launches into its soaring chorus, TANKIAN declares that his grandparents’ torment, and the anguish experienced by all Armenian victims, will not be in vain. “We are the children of all the survivors / Justice will shine on!”
Elsewhere on FOUNDATIONS, “Appropriations” (an older song I’ve ‘re-appropriated’ to modern times,” he says) juxtaposes a snake-y, arpeggiated verse with a crushing chorus in a clash of eastern and western modalities, as TANKIAN unspools lyrics that play off complementary sounds and contrasting sensibilities: “Resignation, provocation, segregation… imagination and creation,” he croons. And “Cartoon Buyer,” which dates to a period just prior to TANKIAN’s first solo record, 2007’s Elect the Dead, begins in hushed, almost folk-y mode, and gradually builds – both in intensity and actual tempo – before exploding in sonic and spiritual catharsis. Throughout the track, TANKIAN scrutinizes the divides within humanity (“You see me without emotions / I see you across the oceans,” he intones) before ultimately declaring our oneness: “California to Argentina…Saudi Arabia to Tunisia…Armenia to Australia…Israel to Indonesia / They are us and we are them.”
Finally, “Life’s Revengeful Son,” originally recorded prior to TANKIAN’s 2010 Imperfect Harmonies album, incorporates a variety of instrumentation, including acoustic and electric guitars and dramatic orchestration, into an epic closer with unmatched imagery: “The final revolution will occur when the arms of the clock fall,” TANKIAN sings. “Jesus seen in the streets, dragging a car axel instead of the cross.”A true creative tour de force, TANKIAN recorded FOUNDATIONS primarily at his own Serjical Strike Studios in L.A. He wrote, performed, orchestrated and produced all the material, as well as contributed the artwork – an original piece titled “Sunburst” – that adorns the album cover. Additional instrumentation on the record was provided by Dan Monti (guitars, bass and drum programming) and, on “Cartoon Buyer,” by bassist Mario Pagliarulo, and SOAD drummer John Dolmayan.
FOUNDATIONS, TANKIAN says is, “A retrospective of songs from different eras of my life, meant to complement the memoir,” and caps what has been an incredibly prolific year for TANKIAN, from the release of his memoir the New York Times bestseller Down with the System, to the massive, sold-out System of a Down headlining show at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco with over 50,000 fans. But even as he is now revealing his “foundations,” TANKIAN is already looking ahead. “The next record will likely be a record of covers, collaborations and collages,” he envisions.
Credit his restless, ever-curious creative spirit. “I’m always moving in different directions,” TANKIAN says. “Repetition is boring, and the death of art.”

5. Shame Gang ft. Erick Lottary & Devn – Million And One
Source:IAMSHAME
Today (10/29/2024), Roc Nation’s Equity Distribution signee and Raleigh, NC-based rapper Shame Gang shares his new short film for his single “Million And One”. Shot by Summit Films (previously worked with Benny the Butcher and J. Cole) and directed by Giancarlo Bauzulli, the film takes place in the Old West, where Shame and his cowboy gang of Erik Lottary and DEVN work together to permeate the town with their music. Grammy-nominated Dreamville rapper Lute plays the film’s antagonist who will stop at nothing to disrupt their plans. With an underlying theme of collaboration, the film reflects the song’s message to artists that there are countless ways to make an impact with your music, in spite of opposing forces.
“The creative process for ‘Million and One’ came from a variety of collaborative sessions in Charlotte, where multiple artists exchanged ideas and concepts. It was challenging because I had never been in the same room writing with so many different artists at the same time. It was rewarding to be able to assert my songwriting, and the constructive criticism was enriching. We all interpret ideas differently, and brainstorming with so many different artists allowed us to incorporate varied perspectives. The song reminds artists that we have a million ways to be successful in the industry. It’s a reminder that we aren’t going to let people stop us, we’re going to stake a claim, and we’re here to stay.” – Shame Gang
“The music video project was all about creating a story that captured the song’s energy and the idea that there are countless ways to break into the music business and make a mark. We wanted to emphasize the collaboration in the song itself, so we made an effort to showcase everyone involved. With Shame Gang and his crew set in a western, we thought it would be great to literally make them a cowboy gang influencing and pushing their music by going all the way back to the past. That was the start of building this story out, trying to make it unique, fun, and creative. At its core, it was about artists hustling together to get their music out by any means necessary—with a dose of time travel and some smoking boots, because why not, right?” – Giancarlo Bauzulli
Watch “Million and One” on YouTube here.
“Million and One” is from Shame Gang’s deeply personal, introspective, and largely anecdotal 2023 album Better Late Than Never, which follows the story of Shame’s life as a car mechanic striving for greener pastures as a professional Rap star. The album follows Shame Gang’s lauded 2021 sophomore effort No Safe Haven, and features Skyzoo, Smoke DZA, Lute, Little Brother’s Rapper Big Pooh, Oswin Benjamin, and more.

8. Denzel Curry ft. Bktherula & Lazer Dim 700 – Still In The Paint
Source:Lyrical Lemonade
Denzel Curry shares a new single and announces the album version of King Of The Mischievous South. Earlier this summer, Denzel Curry released his King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2 mixtape, which was the official sequel to the mixtape and sound that helped launch his career. Now in its final form, the album features a reconfigured tracklist and 5 new songs including today’s single “STILL IN THE PAINT” featuring Bktherula and Lazer Dim 700. The Waka Flocka-inspired single arrives with a AMD-directed music video. In addition to Bk and Lazer, the final album boasts new features from 454, Duke Deuce, Sauce Walka, Key Nyata, and more along with a standout solo cut “GOT ME GEEKED” from Big Ultra Curry himself.
In the lead-up to the release of the Vol 2. mixtape in July, Denzel made waves on social media with “HOT ONE” featuring A$AP Ferg and TiaCorine, as well as with his three-beat medley group performance featuring Ferg, Tia, Key Nyata, and PlayThatBoiZay with On The Radar. A few weeks later, Denzel debuted his second single, “BLACK FLAG FREESTYLE,” featuring That Mexican OT with a From The Block live performance. Denzel and PlayThatBoiZay also premiered their “HOODLUMZ” verses live in London on BBC Radio 1’s Rap Show. Since the mixtape’s release, Curry has experienced a staggering uptick in listeners and followers, aided by him hitting the road on the Grey Day arena tour with $uicideboy$.
Given the project’s sound and the homage it pays to the great musical heritages of the South — from Memphis to Houston and Curry’s own South Florida — its features include the region’s greats, both old and new, as well as others whose style is indebted to the South’s musical legacy. Memphis veteran stalwarts Juicy J and Project Pat along with Duke Deuce, Texas’ Sauce Walka, Maxo Kream, Slim Guerilla, That Mexican OT, and Mike Dimes, North Carolina’s TiaCorine, Georgia’s 2 Chainz, Lazer Dim 700, and Kenny Mason and South Florida’s 454, Ski Mask The Slump God and PlayThatBoiZay, as well as Ty Dolla $ign, Armani White, A$AP Ferg and A$AP Rocky all make appearances across King Of The Mischievous South.
In celebration of the album’s announcement, Denzel will host a Club Mischievous night tomorrow in Mexico City, which will be live-streamed via On The Radar. This follows Denzel hosting a Club Mischievous party in New York City earlier this year upon the mixtape’s release.

Produced by Grammy Award-winner Hitmaka, the four-track EP delivers a fresh sound that bridges classic R&B vibes with contemporary allure, capturing the intensity and complexity of love and relationships. His persistence and ambition led him to connect with mega-producer Hitmaka, resulting in writing credits for Chris Brown (“Stutter”), DDG (“She Don’t Play”), Eric Bellinger (“All For Me”), Tink (“Songs About U” ft. 10. Chatham Rabbits – Matador
Source:Chatham Rabbits
North Carolina husband-and-wife duo Sarah and Austin McCombie—better known as Chatham Rabbits—want fans to know that their newly-announced album, Be Real With Me, is a step into the lives of the duo who’ve spent the two years since their last release having a bit of a “Return to Saturn,” reevaluating their lives and career through trial and error and dialing in exactly where their priorities and commitments lie moving forward. “I’m ready for our fans to get to know the people we are now,” says Sarah. “We’ve grown up together and getting to reveal this album feels like our collective coming of age.” In their transparent and honest way, the album’s title is the plea to each other and their intermingled friends, family, and fanbase: Be Real With Me.
Due out on February 14th, 2025, Be Real With Me is more than the vows, banjos, and vintage dresses Chatham Rabbits might have been known for previously. The music can speak for itself, but Sarah is happy to share a little insight into their process and progress. “We got married so young,” she says. “We are simply not the same people we once were because playing music for a living has consumed and transformed us. This lifestyle has presented us with exhausting tour schedules, vulnerable songs that force us to talk about our marriage, difficult business decisions, and the ever-complicated dilemma of mixing art and money and friends and employees.” The result is a universal reckoning with responsibility and growth; two real people spending their lives and careers together and collectively facing the ups and downs of it all.
And fans will hear that growth in the music as well. “We’ve never been a bluegrass band, but being from NC we cannot ignore the regional influences all around us,” says Austin. “We sampled organic tones and manipulated them into synth pads and percussive elements on this record. It feels like a natural progression because the foundational components of our music are still there, we’ve just added to it.” Written post-pandemic by Sarah and Austin and recorded over a two year period at the Studio at Small Pond Farm, in Pittsboro, North Carolina, Be Real With Me was co-produced by Austin McCombie and the band’s longtime collaborator, Saman Khoujinian (The Dead Tongues, Lou Hazel). On this album, fans will still hear Sarah’s banjo, but right along with it are things like a drum machine, synthesizer, and pedal steel. But it’s the self-reflecting, earnest lyrics that show the most growth from the McCombies.
Yesterday, Americana Highways premiered the first single from Be Real With Me, an indie-folk study on the borders we set for ourselves and others called “Matador.” “I wrote ‘Matador’ from a place of being equally fed up with my own shortcomings when it comes to weak boundaries, and also from a place of becoming aware that it takes two to tango,” Sarah reflects. “‘Matador’ is for anyone who puts blinders on to ignore the red flags from others. It’s a song for anyone who wishes they would just stop with the niceties and get real and confrontational—it’s okay for those of us who are always bending to others to finally be the ones who get to stop, address an issue, and get the final say. We owe it to ourselves.”
Fans can stream or purchase “Matador” today at this link and pre-order or pre-save Be Real With Me ahead of its Valentine’s Day release right here. Chatham Rabbits hit the road again on November 8th in Washington, DC with an album release tour set for early next year. A full list of dates can be found below or at chathamrabbits.com/tour.

His new single ‘Been A Long Time Pt. 2 ft. Jenn Em’ is out 25th October, as both tracks will feature from his forthcoming album, ‘KINGMAKER’, his first studio album in over a decade, due for release in 2025.
As the title suggests, this is Pt. 2 of Xzibit’s classic track ‘Been A Long Time’ which featured the late Nate Dogg, and appeared on his Platinum-selling seminal album ‘Restless’ produced by Dr Dre back in 2000.
With synergistic timing, ‘Been A Long Time Pt. 2’ sees ‘X’ continue his sharp and focused return to the scene, as fans are treated to bar-upon-bar of no-nonesess, unapologetic rap, that touches on relationship ups and downs, life goals and his take on current cultural issues. Cutting edge production duties come courtesy of the Multi-Platinum and 3-time Grammy Winning beatmaker Dem Jointz (whose credits include Kanye West, Rihanna and Anderson .Paak). This time round, a soulful hook delivered by vocalist Jenn Em, who adds a melodic edge to X’s bars of self-reflection.
A household name, with millions of records sold, Xzibit is widely known for his work with Dr Dre in the 90s, who produced X’s platinum solo album ‘Restless’, expanding Xzibit’s fanbase far beyond the underground. It spawned the unforgettable 2001 single ‘X’, a worldwide smash hit synonymous with the MC. He’s also widely known within the culture as the face of MTV’s ‘Pimp My Ride’, as well as his illustrious big screen appearances and cultural TV staples such as Family Guy, CSI Miami, Hawaii 5-0, MTV Cribs and American Dad.
On making Xzibit his first signing on Greenback Records, Conor McGregor proudly states “Welcoming Xzibit to Greenback Records and helping to continue his legacy is an honour for me. We are excited to show the world the evolution of Xzibit, it’s all about Kingmaker”.
The forthcoming album ‘KINGMAKER’ is the culmination of Xzibit’s genre-leading experience and 12 years of writing since his 2012 studio album, ‘Napalm’. Executive produced by himself, Xzibit has brought his wealth of experience as one of the most important voices in hip hop evidently to light, with mature and insightful writing showing considerable growth as an artist and a human while remaining true to the artist he has always been.

15. Skyzoo & Method Man – The Workload
Source:Skyzoo – Topic
The idea for “The Workload” came after Method Man & Redman’s festival performance this past summer, with the iconic duo putting on a masterclass of hip-hop, but feeling disconnected from the younger generation; due to them not understanding the greatness they were witnessing. When Meth said he was done with a certain demographic, I understood his stance, as me growing a Wu loyalist left me frustrated with how that all played out. Thus, “The Workload” was born.
Using that moment to show the somehow mislead of this era what they’re out of touch with; a legend in the truest sense. It was an honor to craft this record with Meth, putting on a lyrical clinic, all while giving him his flowers in the same breath, Cartune produced the record and when I heard it, the energy of Meth’s post-concert response seemed to fit the tone of the beat. Fast forward a few months later and here we are.

midwxst is back to share his new single “no handouts.” In his first release since the July mixtape BACK IN ACTION 4.0, midwxst affirms his staying power and all that’s in store singing, “I’m in for a long time, know I’m here to stay.” The music video directed by Neve Abcari flashes between midwxst in scenes of freedom and chaos in an open landscape and weathering a storm. 17. Terry Presume – angelinajolie
Source:Terry Presume
Nashville-via-Florida artist Terry Presume announces his new Rage And Purity project slated for release on November 15th via September Recordings. In celebration, Terry shares his roaring new single “angelinajolie” as well as a companion visualizer co-directed by Terry & John Augustin. Produced solely by Terry, the track is filled to the brim with an astronomical air of swaggering braggadocio, displaying his fierce and staggering rapping ability front and center that cuts deep with booming production. Thematically, the track serves as a proclamation of Terry’s larger-than-life intentions and ambitions and his unwavering commitment to his authenticity. Giving a glimpse of what is to come on Rage And Purity, the young artist arrives in new form to make his mark on the larger rap arena as one of the genre’s most exhilarating new forces.
Rage And Purity follows his critically acclaimed debut project What Box? which introduced the young artist as an essential new musical artist. His breakout track “Act Up” has amassed around 15 million streams to date. The project housed a collection of captivating songs that brilliantly captured his riveting blend of signature rap, pop, R&B, funk, and more. The project was lauded by The Guardian, FADER, MTV, Interview Magazine, Teen Vogue, Notion, UPROXX, PIGEONS & PLANES, and Ones To Watch. He masterfully produces sounds that envelope a world unrestricted by genres and social norms thus, forging new spaces for people who don’t quite fit into existing molds. Expertly blending his words with hypotonic beats either accented by electric guitar or synth transmission, he’s able to place a timely message firmly in focus that soars as he breaks through genre barriers
Born in South Florida and raised in a neighborhood called Golden Gate by a Haitian single mother, Terry has overcome more than most with music providing a source of survival and healing. He grew up surrounded by Haitian Kompa music that his mother played for him and the sounds of 50 Cent, Eminem, and classic R&B that lined his community. At just 8 years old as a shy kid, Terry wrote his first poem, and by the age of 11 taught himself to write and produce music – both of which he excelled in and used as a medium to navigate the different cultures and worlds that he straddled. He later escaped to Los Angeles with nothing but a dream of “success” and $200 in his pocket, resulting in a tumultuous period in his life. Terry ultimately relocated to Nashville where he doubled down on his music and found a stronger sense of self, resulting in a body of work led by his emotions and lived experiences – not genres. Terry bears every facet of himself with an unquantifiable depth and gratitude, honoring his pain, sorrow, heartbreak, and newfound enlightenment, unlike what is often seen in music today.
QUOTE ON “angelinajolie” FROM TERRY :
“This my big headed song, the most materialistic I’ve ever been on a track. At times I feel like my worldly desires ain’t heard by the universe unless I declare it at the top of my lungs so I decided to make this song about what it is that I want, I hope the universe heard me LOUD and CLEAR on this one.”
18. Chri$tian Gate$ – No Strings Attached
Source:Christian Gates
After making waves with his RIAA Gold-certified hit “Numb,” Chri$tian Gate$ returns with his debut album NO STRINGS ATTACHED, a genre-blending project that delves into themes of love, heartbreak, and self-reflection while leaning deeper into his dark alt-pop sound. From hard-hitting anthems to moments of vulnerability, the album explores new musical territories, reflecting the complexity of Christian’s journey and capturing emotions that feel both personal and universal.
“This album really revolves around relationship issues—on both sides,” Christian shares. “Even though I feel like I’ve grown beyond some of the experiences that inspired these songs, I still resonate with that younger version of myself. What I really appreciate about No Strings Attached is its timelessness. The moments and experiences that inspired these songs have been captured in a way that feels like they’ll always be relatable.”
The album marks a turning point for Christian, who acknowledges the evolution in both his sound and storytelling. NO STRINGS ATTACHED finds him fully embracing a high-energy, genre-fluid vibe. Christian credits the album’s cohesive sound to working with long-time collaborator and producer Elation. “After I wrote ‘Freak’, that track really set the direction for the production of the entire album. Elation and I started using similar samples and effects across the project to create a more cohesive sound,” he explains. “The goal was to pull together a collection of songs that, while diverse, still felt like they belonged to the same body of work. That was a tough job, but we made it happen.”
On the inspiration behind the album’s title, Christian reveals, “Funny enough, the title came from a photoshoot for the album art that I did with my friend Moody Darkroom, who’s a photographer. We were actually doing a video shoot for ‘TOXIC’, and he posted a still from it with the caption ‘No Strings Attached.’ It immediately clicked for me. It just felt like the right title for the album because it captured the vibe of the entire project—songs about relationships, freedom, and emotional moments, but also a sense of release.”
In the lead-up to NO STRINGS ATTACHED, Christian released a series of standout singles, including the heart-wrenching “FOOD POISONING,” the aggressive “SHREDS,” the dark and guitar-driven “TOXIC” featuring Dutch Melrose, and the sultry “SECRETS.” Each track offers a glimpse into Christian’s creative headspace, showcasing a range of emotions and experiences that resonate deeply with listeners.
The official video for “SECRETS” deepens the track’s impact with its dark, red-hued visuals that explore themes of veiled attraction and psychological tension. “The game of hidden desires and the power that comes from someone denying they’re into you. It’s a power play wrapped in a beat,” Christian explains. The video masterfully conveys this through moody, immersive imagery, with impassioned performance shots spliced between the story narrative. WATCH HERE
With NO STRINGS ATTACHED, Christian Gates has crafted a collection of songs that embody his growth as an artist while pushing the boundaries of genre. As he embraces a more intense and energetic sound, Christian is setting the stage for a promising future that continues to challenge expectations and connect with fans on a deeper level.
19. Chase Atlantic – Lost In Heaven
Source:CHASE ATLANTIC
Today, globally acclaimed genre-bending band CHASE ATLANTIC have unleashed their fourth studio album, LOST IN HEAVEN, via Fearless Records. Known for their unpredictable fusion of pop, rock, and R&B, the band continues to push creative boundaries while staying true to the core elements that have captivated their global fanbase.
The album’s focus track “YOU” delves into the complexities of love, wrapped in sultry, sweet vocals and a pulsating low end that hits like a heartbeat. Vulnerable lyrics explore the weight of love and sacrifice, laced with subtle callbacks to past eras of the band’s work. Euphoric production builds as seductive sax riffs weave through the mix, adding a jazzy edge to the track’s hypnotic vibe. As one of the band’s most personal tracks, “YOU” reflects the idea of LOST IN HEAVEN, which lead vocalist and programmer Mitchel Cave describes as, “Even in the most beautiful places, you can feel alone and out of your depth.”
Throughout their rapid rise, Chase Atlantic has stayed true to their mission of making music that hits hard, no matter the genre. Their polished, production-focused sound is rooted in their skills as musicians, playing their own instruments instead of relying on samples, which has earned them a fiercely loyal fanbase, 8.1 billion streams, and 855 million YouTube views. The road to LOST IN HEAVEN wasn’t easy—a writing trip turned into a survival mission during a massive blizzard, and later, Mitchel’s laptop crashed, wiping out most of the album’s instrumentals.
“We basically had to make a fifth album, because we lost so much of what we were gonna do,” Mitchel recalls. “I still don’t keep any backups. I guess I like playing with fire. Or maybe I like the challenges, because none of our albums have been a piece of cake.”
The troubled process ultimately gave rise to an album as diverse as it is incredible, reflecting both the band’s resilience and their determination to push their sound forward. Lead track “DIE FOR ME” made an immediate impact, racking up over 17 million streams on Spotify and 2.5 million views on YouTube in its first month. Follow-up singles “DOUBT IT” and “RICOCHET” further showcase the band’s undeniable ability for creating captivating, genre-blurring tracks that blend sleek production with their signature style.
CHASE ATLANTIC are currently headlining their LOST IN HEAVEN tour, with special guest 24kGoldn. Following their North American dates, the band will take their explosive live show overseas, with performances slated across Australia and Europe in support of the new album.

With its tender guitar melody and Julia’s signature soul-stirring vocals, “Wish You Stayed” captures the quiet ache of losing a relationship that once felt perfect. Overflowing with emotional depth, the lyrics tap into those raw moments of reflection when you’re left questioning how everything unraveled.
“I wrote this song in the midst of mourning a relationship, so I took inspiration from all of the texts I sent to friends and the little notes I’d written down on my phone,” Julia says. “Ultimately, it’s about cherishing and reflecting on the good moments, even when you know it’s time to let go.”
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, 23-year-old Julia Raye has been performing for as long as she can remember. Drawing inspiration from icons like Beyoncé and Ariana Grande, Julia blends her operatic training with raw, introspective storytelling and irresistible pop hooks, creating a sound that’s as unique as it is powerful.

“I’m about to finish’em, my rep alone could dimish’em.”
To commemorate and celebrate the fifth-anniversary of One Of The Best Yet, Gang Starr is back with a new single, “FINISHEM”; which is now available at all DSP’s.
One of the most timeless, artful, and influential duos ever, DJ Premier and Guru’s enduring legacy continues to inspire fans old and new. When Gang Starr released their historic album, One Of The Best Yet, on 11.1.19 (their first album in sixteen years), it was met with overwhelming critical praise and fan response. Skylines across the world were ablaze with predominantly displayed Gang Starr billboards; including Times Square and London. The adulation and reaction for One Of The Best Yet was immediate, palpable and overwhelming! Funkmaster Flex dropped bombs and dedicated an entire hour long-tribute set before he introduced “Family & Loyalty” featuring J. Cole (who called appearing on the first Gang Starr single in nearly two decades “an honor to be a part of” and “a classic”). One Of The Best Yet made a swift and immediate impact, with multiple trending topics on social media and rocketing up the charts to become the #2 album in the country.
“As One Of The Best Yet was approaching the five-year anniversary mark, that milestone moved me to create a new track to match the occasion. The album is special on so many different levels; what it meant to me, Guru’s family, and the fans, it warranted something new to honor the occasion” DJ Premier affirmed. “I started going through files, looking for something that stood out and fit; and as soon as I heard Guru’s hook “now I’m about to finishem, my rep alone could diminish’em” I knew that was it and went to work crafting a beat for it. I had some unused Antman Wonder files that I decided to check out, and one of the sounds hit me emotionally from the very first note. I knew this was the one to shape the song. The fans always appreciate more Gang Starr—and this one is for them.”
24. Westside Gunn – Still Praying
Source:WESTSIDEGUNNVEVO
Fans have come to expect a FLYGOD release every October, you can set your watch by it. Yet, every October Westside Gunn still manages to deliver the expected-in an unexpected way.
After the release of 11 (the art piece, before the art piece) on Halloween, Westside Gunn has now released Still Praying (the highly-anticipated follow-up to And Then You Pray For Me); which features guest appearances from the greatest sh*t-talker of all time, DJ Drama (AKA Drop Cena), Benny The Butcher, Conway The Machine, Boldy James, Stove God Cooks, Rome Streetz and production from Conductor Williams and Daringer among others.
With DJ Drama as narrator, Still Praying is everything you want and more from a new FLYGOD drop. Still Praying sounds like fresh money and opulence, with Gunn describing wearing “thousand dollar swim trunks, can’t even swim” on “Dr. Britt Baker,” while acknowledging he has FLYGOD problems; which consist of “being fly as LaGuardia,” eating so much lobster it feels greedy, and falling asleep and waking up in the Penthouse suite of the Waldorf spooning a sawed-off shotgun. In other words, just a day in the life of the FLYGOD.
“If it ain’t Griselda it don’t mean nothing.” Still Praying brings Griselda back together in a major way. On “Free Shots” featuring Conway The Machine, DJ Drama recommends “blinking twice if you’re in danger” on what feels like a new and improved Hall & Nash track. On the album’s epic title track, Gunn reunites GXFR to spin the block for a rap stars x drug mixer, that finds Conway dropping dimes like a Brady spiral, Stove God invoking Virgil’s spirit, and Benny detailing declining a sit-down with Trump on the eve of the Presidential election.
“Some paintings are masterpieces, and this just happens to be one “Westside Gunn confidently asserts. “I wanted to show everybody not only am I the best curator; but I can also rap my ass off.”
Westside Gunn puts an exclamation point on the week, and shifts into 4th Rope mode on 11.2.24, as his now official wrestling promotion initiative makes history and takes over Chicago for the Heels Have Eyes 3 entertainment extravaganza. Heels Have Eyes merges all of Gunn’s loves (4th Rope highlights Gunn’s love of wrestling through the lens of art, fashion and music) and the third installment promises to be the best rendition yet. Which includes a Steel Praying steel cage match, Joe Hendry vs. AJ Francis, Moose vs. ZILLA FATU for the 4th Rope heavyweight championship belt which will be awarded by Westside Gunn and new 4th Rope commissioner, the legend MVP. On the musical performance side, FLYGOD has brought in iconic artists DJ Premier and Pete Rock, as well as Statik Selektah, Rome Streetz, Daringer, and other still-not-announced special guests. 29. Loose Cattle – Someone’s Monster
Source:Loose Cattle
For their latest album, Someone’s Monster, New Orleans-based Americana outfit Loose Cattle moved their creative process completely in-house; focusing their efforts on the craft of songwriting itself. Bandleaders Michael Cerveris and Kimberley Kaye—a one-time couple, enduring friends, and lifelong working artists—put such an emphasis on character development and storyline because, well, they’ve spent most of their lives acting, singing, and playing, logging hours under stage lights on- and off-Broadway, in punk clubs and on Warped Tour stops, and in honky tonks and classic theaters country-wide. Out now on Single Lock Records, Somebody’s Monster finds Cerveris and Kaye writing their own roles and letting the stories take center stage. But, like any good ensemble, some talented friends were written in as well, folks like Lucinda Williams, members of Drive By Truckers, and the Grammy-winning Lost Bayou Ramblers.
While Loose Cattle share a long resume of glam flash and punk sweat, logged under the stage lights before and during their tenure in this particular band, they’re also inheritors of the progressive politics and compassionate humanity of the folk and country truth-tellers, past and present, who wrote songs like “Sam Stone,” “Co’dine,” “Down from Dover” and “Behind the Wall.” Throughout Someone’s Monster, Kaye and Cerveris trade off lead vocal duties to front songs about places like Louisiana’s Cajun country and the music mecca of Muscle Shoals, laments on divorce and loss, odes to dollar-beer bars, and a stunning version of Lady Gaga’s “Joanne”; all steeped in the vibe and lore from the famed Dockside Studios where these songs were recorded.
Fans can stream or purchase Someone’s Monster in its entirety today at this link and visit loosecattleband.com for more information on the band and their new album.

In the past year JACOTÉNE has played a string of festivals and live dates including her own sold-out headline show in the UK, a Sydney Opera House show for VIVID Festival as well as festival slots on Laneway Festival, Snow Machine, Wanderer, Changing Tides and St Kilda Festivals. She also supported G FLIP on their Melbourne and Adelaide tour dates, and Tems in Sydney and Melbourne.
Over the next few months, she will be playing in Germany, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, as well as shows in Australia.
32. Wheeler Walker Jr. ft. Danny Brown – Money ‘N’ B*tches (Remix)
Source:WheelerWalkerJr
Country music’s most notorious rebel, and the greatest Country singer in the world, Wheeler Walker Jr., is back! After recently completing his 72-city Spread Eagle tour, on 11.15.24 Wheeler will release an expanded edition of his latest release album Ram. The Ram Deluxe Edition will include two new remixes produced by Pops (J.Cole, The Game ft Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean); “Born To F*ck” featuring recent Grammy Award Winner Killer Mike (who swept all of the major categories including Rap Album Of The Year at the 2023 Grammy’s), and “Money ‘N’ Bit*hes” which features one of Hip-Hop’s most inventive and fun artists Danny Brown. “Money ‘N’ Bit*hes” featuring Danny Brown is now available at all DSP’s.
These two new collaborations cement Wheeler’s legacy of fearlessly pushing boundaries and organically aligns with his “no fucks given” ethos, something Hip-Hop has long embodied. “Wheeler has been waiting to collaborate with hip-hop artists his whole career. They’re the only popular artists he understands. He grew up in Kentucky listening to Country, but his friends played him N.W.A., and the Geto Boys. He loved it” a close source confirmed. “The Geto Boys were nastier than him and they were on FUC*ING MTV! 2 Live Crew fought for freedom of speech thirty years ago and Wheeler still can’t get on a playlist. Hip-hop artists are attracted to collaborate with Wheeler because of his language, artistry, and attitude” the source adds.
Walker’s collaboration with Killer Mike on “Born To F*ck” was conceived out of a mutual appreciation for classic hip-hop. The two initially connected over their love for Scarface from The Geto Boys. Killer Mike’s verse is dedicated to Brother Marquis of 2 Live Crew; an homage to the unapologetic style that Wheeler has championed throughout his career.
Danny Brown’s feature on “Money ‘N’ Bit*hes” further solidifies the symbiotic connection between Walker and the rap world. Wheeler recalls similar conversations with Brown about their shared admiration for music that pushes the boundaries of free speech. It’s no wonder Snoop Dogg once sang Wheeler’s breakout hit “Fuck You Bi*ch” on his Instagram; a nod to the respect the trailblazer garners from legends across genres.
“My two favorite rappers are Killer Mike and Danny Brown. Lucky for me, they’re the only two rappers I’m friends with. So I called ‘em up and we made magic together” Walker explains.
Since his debut in 2016, Wheeler Walker Jr. has released five albums, all produced by Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Sturgill Simpson). Ram Deluxe is the latest chapter in Walker’s rebellious journey, one that has consistently flipped the script on what it means to be a country artist. Walker has long admired hip-hop for its brutal honesty and freedom of expression, something he’s always strived to embody. His career has seen him openly clash with industry norms, to expressing his disdain with fellow artists like Post Malone, Wheeler went viral once again for mocking Malone’s shift to country (and losing 4,000 social media followers in the process), to staging a one-man demonstration on the steps of the Country Music Hall Of Fame protesting an exhibit which highlighted Florida Georgia Line.
Ram Deluxe is poised to shake things up even more, adding a new layer to Wheeler Walker Jr.’s legacy as the foul-mouthed outlaw of country music; one who has no interest in changing, or following the rules.
Wheeler Walker Jr’s Ram Deluxe will be available on all platforms 11.15.24, but you can now pre-save the album and get ready for what promises to be another wild ride.

33. The McCrary Sisters – Let’s Come Together
Source:The McCrary Sisters – Topic
Today, The McCrary Sisters released a new single, “Let’s Come Together,” a celebratory song of unity during these difficult times. Featuring smooth and comforting melodies, “Let’s Come Together” is the perfect festive song for this holiday season and a reminder to do what we can for those in need.
Recently, the Sisters announced the full lineup for this year’s A McCrary Kind of Christmas, the 15th annual holiday celebration and concert that benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as well as individual families in need in the greater Nashville area. It will be held on Friday, December 6 at 7pm at Riverside Revival in Nashville, TN. Tickets are on sale now HERE.
On the single, the Sisters said: “We feel this world is so divided. We can’t make it this way! United we stand strong. Together we can conquer anything, we just can’t give up. No matter how different we are, or the color of our skin, God created us all in love. We all are precious in the sight of God! Let’s come together as one and stand, no matter what life brings. We will lift each other up, and stand together, because we are family!”
The 15th annual A McCrary Kind of Christmas will feature performances by The McCrary Sisters, legendary singer-songwriter Emmylou Harris, Buddy Miller, Danny and Mabel Flowers, Raul Malo of The Mavericks, Etta and Bob Britt, Jim Lauderdale, Lana Bolyejack, Dave Pomeroy, Crimm Singers, Phil Madiera, San Franklin, Allen McCrary, McCrary Family and more.
The McCrary Sisters will also be performing at the WMOT/NPR Live Sessions Wired In concert on November 6 at Riverside Revival.
The McCrary Sisters have been dubbed as “Nashville music royalty” by NPR, and hailed by critics for their “roof-raising, pew shaking music” (Associated Press) and for their ability to “seize and hold the spotlight” (New York Times). For over fourteen years, The McCrary Sisters have generously given back to their community by hosting and organizing their annual Christmas concert that not only benefits the important work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, but also benefits local families in need who have experienced tragedy, loss and need a helping hand.
On the event, the Sisters said: “I have always loved this time of the year, because people seemed to love or like each other. We should love all year long, but unfortunately we don’t. So I will take a season of love, rather than no love at all. We take this time of the year to be a blessing to others. It brings my heart joy to be able to give to others. When you have lived without yourself, then you know how it feels when someone takes the time to acknowledge you and bless you. It is important to us to be a blessing to others. This annual benefit show has blessed so many families over the years, and each year we want to give more and more. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital helps so many families, so it is an honor to be able to give back to them along with local Nashville families. IT IS A BLESSING TO BE A BLESSING.”
Emmylou Harris said about the event: “After 15 years, A McCrary Kind Of Christmas has become a Nashville tradition—how we mark the beginning of the season. I hope you’ll join The Sisters and their friends for a joyful evening of songs and music, celebrating the true spirit of Christmas.”

35. Yeat & Quavo – 5BRAZY
Source:Yeat Music
Today, Yeat delivers new single “5BRAZY” featuring hip-hop legend Quavo – stream HERE via Lyfestyle Corporation / Field Trip / Capitol Records. Fans originally saw the record on the LYFESTYLE limited edition digital deluxe album earlier this month. Now with its official wide release, the track arrives alongside an accompanying music video which premiered earlier this week featuring the two superstar artists. Watch HERE.
This week Yeat hit a massive career milestone earning his first-ever no. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with LYFESTYLE. Within its first week of release, the 22-track project sold 89K equivalent album units – the rap phenomenon’s highest first week sales to date. The achievement also marked Yeat’s fifth top 10 debut in under 3 years: Lyfë (No. 10 in 2022), 2 Alivë (No. 6 in 2022), AftërLyfe (No. 4 in 2023), 2093 (No. 2 in 2024), and now LYFESTYLE (No. 1 in 2024).
LYFESTYLE was released initially on October 18, boasting features from Lil Durk, Don Toliver, Kodak Black and more. The project debuted on Spotify at No. 1 on the Top Album Debut Chart both globally and domestically, as well as landing two tracks on Spotify’s Top Song Debut Chart in the U.S. for “GEEK TIMË”, and “STFU”. Globally, LYFESTYLE is having major impact on Apple Music, currently charting in over 100+ countries across the platform.
Teasing for LYFESTYLE kicked off this summer when Yeat hinted at new music during his special three-show North American run across New York, Los Angeles, and Portland. The first official announce of the upcoming album arrived in September when Yeat’s Lyfestyle Corporation confirmed the name LYFESTYLE through a video graffitiing the word across a Lamborghini. This reveal was followed closely by another video taking over New York’s Times Square billboards to announce LYFESTYLE’S October release, and the official album trailer which can be viewed here. Most recently, Yeat embarked on an international tour across the EU & UK—an explosive run through 9 cities which included his first ever headlining show in Manchester, which The Guardian noted as a “ribcage-reverberating success”—before the final album easter egg earlier this week when Lyfestyle Corporation unveiled an eerie video of massive flame letters spelling out the album name in a deserted field.
36. Kodak Black – Dieuson Octave
Source:Kodak Black
Today, charismatic multi-platinum rapper Kodak Black drops his brand new mixtape Dieuson Octave — listen HERE via Vulture Love / Capitol Records. Fans got a taste of the stacked new set on Halloween day with the release of reflective lead track “Catch Fire” — listen to the song HERE, and catch the visual directed by Kodak Black himself HERE.
Kodak’s latest project is named after the Pompano Beach, Florida, artist himself — Dieuson Octave is his birth name, and “Catch Fire” in particular feels personal. Over a slightly somber L Beats production, Kodak sets the scene: “I made a lot of money, spent most of it making a bail / Doing whatever I feel and getting away like a pit bull tryna chase his tail.” His voice is warm as he considers his grandmother, his newborn son, and what his lifestyle means to those around him.
The “Catch Fire” cover art features a surreal photo of Kodak’s actual car in flames after the gas line started leaking on the highway — an incident that took place while the rap star was filming his first Kick livestream. The original footage (found here) was cut down into a visualizer for the song, HERE.
Dieuson Octave is Kodak’s first solo full-length since 2023’s When I Was Dead, in which he explores both his nightmares and aspirations. Featuring smash hit “Lemme See,” the set only reaffirmed Kodak’s status as one of the most gifted of his generation. More recently, he dropped the hard-hitting “Hit Stick,” preceded by introspective cuts “Dis Time,” “Stressed Out,” and “Non Believer” — plus “Shampoo,” a confident burst of street rap in the style that made him a superstar.
What’s more, Kodak kickstarted the summer with his record label Vulture Love’s first official project, Vulture Love Presents: The Last Zombies on Earth. Beyond generating millions of streams, it received tastemaker acclaim. XXL and The Source plugged it, and HotNewHipHop praised, “where this debut album succeeds is giving these up-and-coming artists a great platform to make their voices hard.” He then later followed up the compilation with a sold-out show at LA’s NOVO.
Alongside Kodak, the comp boasts contributions from VVSNCE, Lil Crix, G6reddot, GorditoFlo, Big Fredo, Jay Dirty, Taji Akeil, Project Pooh, NFL Tuewop, Jit4 Stan, Yung Mula, and JME Tmoe. Production credits include SkipOnDaBeat, ATL Jacob, Xairr, Dr. Zuez, Ayo B, and more. In short, the talent on display is nothing short of show-stopping. Listen HERE.
Kodak’s expansive vision and status transcend even the rap world. Over the years, he has cultivated the role of a prophetic storyteller and resonant channeller of the culture at large, and his reach continues to grow. He holds over 25 billion global streams to his name and continues to engage in altruism towards his Pompano Beach community.

38. S!MONE – Magnet
Source:S!MONE
Today S!MONE is thrilled to announce the release of her debut album, “MAGNET”, now available on all streaming platforms. Download / Stream here. The 10-track collection showcases S!MONE’s magnetic artistry and features her latest singles, “Short Notice” and “Borderline”. With a compelling blend of dynamic rhythms and introspective lyrics, “MAGNET” captures the irresistible pull of attraction, exploring its many facets from the alluring to the challenging.
The inspiration behind “MAGNET” is rooted in the essence of magnetism and how we draw experiences and people toward us by being true to ourselves. This album delves into the sexy and sometimes ugly nature of attraction as S!MONE unpacks the complexities of relationships and personal connections.
Collaborating with an impressive roster of talents, including Solomon Fox, A-Lex, Benji, The Brown Boyz, Simen Sez, Minor Element, and Haze, S!MONE weaves a sonic tapestry that is both familiar and fresh. Each track stands as a testament to the power of authentic expression and creative synergy.
Three standout tracks on the album — “Tangerine”, “Endless”, and “Afterparty” — demonstrate S!MONE’s versatility and potential to resonate deeply with audiences. “Tangerine” emerged from a serendipitous moment, captured in a voice memo during a rehearsal break, and speaks to the desire for meaningful relationships. “Endless” is a testament to effortless creativity, featuring an angular chord progression that embodies a sense of captivating dissonance. “Afterparty”, a thrilling venture into dance music, showcases S!MONE’s ability to evolve sonically and connect with listeners on the dance floor.
With “MAGNET,” S!MONE is poised to deliver an authentic musical experience that resonates with audiences. “I hope I’ve told my experiences authentically enough so that people relate, or maybe they’ll judge me, but I welcome all of that. Mostly, I hope they sing along and make these songs a part of their rotation, she expresses about the upcoming album”.
Available now on all major streaming platforms, “MAGNET” is set to captivate fans and new listeners alike, affirming S!MONE’s place as a formidable force in the music industry.

40. Sam Gellaitry – Home
Source:sam gellaitry
Today, buzzing UK producer and artist Sam Gellaitry unveils a heartfelt and hypnotic new single entitled “HOME” out now via Major Recordings – listen HERE. The track premiered on BBC Radio 1 earlier today.
“‘HOME’ is one of the first songs I wrote completely in reverse. I had the chorus first, then moved to the second verse and then arrived at the first verse a few months later. The first verse has lots of connotations of being on a house hunt and basically resolving in me comparing my mental headspace to a physical place where said partner ‘walks right in to,’” says Sam. “As she has now stepped over the clutter, the second verse takes place where I evaluate the journey that I’ve been on with my romantic protagonist which leads me to the self explanatory chorus. The sonics of the track remind me of the rolling hills of Scotland where I grew up with a bright green tinge due to the key. The full track is really a commentary on how when you let love and time manifest freely, that’s eventually when something feels like ‘HOME.’ whether that’s a physical space or an intangible relationship with someone.”
Once again, Sam’s voice shines over a luminous soundscape anchored by glassy acoustic guitar, steady claps and bright keys. Reaching for towering heights, he stretches his range on the refrain as he assures, “When I’m with you, I feel at home.”
He recently capped off a busy summer with “MORE!” and “INTROSPECTIVE.” Beyond piling up hundreds of thousands of streams, they earned acclaim. CLASH applauded how, “Continuing to flesh out a charismatic vocal-led presence in his songs, ‘INTROSPECTIVE’ merges RnB-laced phraseology with a chimera of tonal shifts in production.”
Sam recently wrapped supporting Kaytranada on select North American dates on The Timeless Tour. Following his sold-out Phonox Residency, Sam will perform his only live set of the year at Desert Air Music Festival. Sam recently played his headline DJ set at EartH Hall in London on October 19th.
Last year, Sam dropped the UNDER THE ILLUSION EP highlighted by the fan favorite title track “UNDER THE ILLUSION” and focus single “ALONE.” In addition to gathering millions of cumulative streams, Billboard hailed the former among “simply the best new dance tracks of the week,” going on to profess, “Sophisticated and pristinely produced, the four-track project is dancefloor fare equally well-suited for the dancefloor or the afterhours.”
Of course, his 2022 album, VF VOL II, also boasted the signature hit “Picture In My Mind” with PinkPantheress. Sam has come a long way since he began uploading songs to SoundCloud from his bedroom in Stirling, aged just 14. His music is a journey through experience, circumstance and surroundings, told through his impressive, synesthesia-informed knowledge of different musical tones. Impossible to pigeonhole and with an insatiable appetite for creativity, this talented star is well and truly on the ascent.

Griff pays homage to the original spirit of “Pure Imagination,” tapping into the whimsy and wonder of the track made famous by the late Gene Wilder. She notably co-produced the song whilst touring internationally on her own Vertigo headline shows and supporting Sabrina Carpenter’s Short ‘n Sweet Tour for a run of arena dates. Earlier this summer, Griff was notably handpicked by Taylor Swift to open her Wembley Stadium show in London.
Meanwhile, her debut LP, Vertigo, has incited unanimous critical applause and confirms Griff as the next great British pop star. Moving through the cycles of melancholy, disorientation, euphoria and self-discovery, it’s a coming-of-age journey that Griff has taken fans on ever since she broke through during the pandemic. With a 360-approach on everything from production, fashion and design, to the spiral motif long connecting Vertigo in plain sight, Griff’s debut album turns the tumultuousness of young adulthood into a vibrant source of power.
Such moments of catharsis are evident on focus track “Tears For Fun,” a contemplation on the future and faith. Its existential angst is set to the kind of anthemic and ultimately uplifting songwriting that is weaved throughout Vertigo: from the euphoric “Anything” to fan-favorite “Miss Me Too” and title track “Vertigo.” Chronicling those first loves, losses, disasters and triumphs, Vertigo is a life-affirming pop record whose inner spiral sparks Griff’s ascent.

The deluxe version will feature four brand-new tracks that showcase her versatility and lyrical prowess, further solidifying her place in the hip-hop scene. Flau’jae’s debut project, Best Of Both Worlds, dropped in June and included collaborations with Lil Wayne, NLE Choppa, and 2rare, continuing the legacy her father left behind. Along with the project she unveiled the music video for her scorching collaborative single “Came Out A Beast,” featuring multi-platinum legend Lil Wayne.
As part of the announcement, Flau’jae has delivered the first track from the deluxe, “Big Bag,” a powerhouse single that gives fans a taste of what to expect from the expanded project. The new single is a bold anthem that celebrates Flau’jae’s success and relentless drive, flaunting her accomplishments from luxury fashion to cars. With her sharp, confident lyrics, she asserts her independence and ambition all while making it clear she’s setting her own rules in both life and music. Stream “Big Bag” HERE
“Big Bag” serves as a follow up to her recently released electrifying freestyle over Tommy Richman’s hit track “Million Dollar Baby,” which showcased her infectious flow. Her hard-hitting bars took center stage, proving once again why she’s a force to be reckoned with in the rap game.
Most recently, the multi-talented artist brought the heat to the ‘BET Hip Hop Awards’ 2024 with a special campus performance of her singles “Legendary Flows” and “Came Out Beast (feat. Lil Wayne),” after being named BET’s Amplified Artist of the Month in October.
Outside of her rap career, the Georgia native has had an electrifying fourth quarter as she recently dropped 30-point double-double in an exhibition win over Xavier last Thursday.
50. Lil Zay Osama – The Streets Calling My Name, Pt. 2
Source:Lil Zay Osama
Today, breakout rapper Lil Zay Osama releases his hotly anticipated new EP, The Streets Calling My Name, Pt. 2. Listen HERE and watch the “Grew Up Different” video HERE via Warner Records. Ambitious and wholly unfiltered, the five-song project is a powerful calling card from the incarcerated Chicago native that includes the recently released single “The Streets Calling My Name.”
The EP kicks off with “Hood Cry,” a reflection on his roots and the painful memories he shoulders. Next up is the somber, diaristic “Bad Bad,” followed by “Lost Somebody” — a captivating ode to those who are no longer with us. Another standout is “Grew Up Different,” which is moored by an alt-rock-inspired guitar lick that adds a fresh edge to his coming-of-age tale. But it’s “The Streets Calling My Name” that captures Zay’s journey like never before.
“I got a lot to deal with but I try to show no emotion,” he raps over hi-hat heavy percussion and piano, before referencing the challenges he faces as a teenage father and his ambitions in the music world. “The streets call my name so much,” Zay spits. “They gonna know that it’s me if I pull up in that black truck.” Laced with authenticity and raw emotion, it’s a hip-hop showstopper.
The project follows Zay’s critically acclaimed The Streets Calling My Name, which included “Free Dem Ones” and “How I Grew Up” featuring Polo G. That project was preceded by Hood Bible 2, which included tracks like “Go” Ft. BabyDrill, “Favorite Girl,” and “I Made It.” It followed in the wake of his 4 The Trenches mixtape, which arrived just months prior. That came after a 2023 singles run that drove home just how prolific Zay can be. “Changed Up” and “Fuck My Cousin Pt. II” ft. Lil Durk became RIAA certified Gold, while tracks like “Glah Glah,” “Humble,” and “Had Nun” made an impact.
Now, with The Streets Calling My Name, Pt. 2, Zay once again demonstrates his storytelling chops and the unique perspective he brings to hip-hop.
51. Alex Sampson – Lost In New York
Source:Alex Sampson
Buzzing singer, songwriter, and vocal powerhouse Alex Sampson shares his new holiday single “Lost In New York” out today via Warner Records – listen HERE.
“Home Alone 2: Lost In New York is one of my favorite movies and I watch it with my family every holiday season. I’ve always dreamed of being in New York City for the holidays with my loved ones. ‘Lost In New York’ is a fun play on one of my favorite movies and wanting to make the holiday spirit last all year,” says Alex.
The balladic new track sets the scene for a cozy winter holiday season in New York. Fluttering sweet keys underlay yearning lyricism. A convincing melodic chorus sings out, “Let’s get lost in NY / runaway, baby don’t look back, making Christmas last all year,” Sampson captures the paradoxical nature of the holidays, illustrating how they can make someone feel filled with warmth and love. A nostalgic romantic begs for innocent precariousness, “Say the word and it’s yours / tell me, why would it be so bad making Christmas last all year?”
Earlier this week, it was announced that Alex Sampson will be joining Alexander Stewart on tour for select dates.
Today’s single arrives in the wake of his highly anticipated sophomore album, Hopeless Romantic EP released this September. Recently, Alex appeared on America’s Got Talent where he performed songs from his Hopeless Romantic EP such as “If You Were My Girl” and “Pretty Baby,” and “Wallflower.” Watch his live performance of “If You Were My Girl” HERE, “Pretty Baby” HERE and “Wallflower” HERE. In addition to looks from Gold Derby, Parade, and more, NBC raved, “It’s easy to fall fast for a vocalist when the elements align. That’s what happened during Alex Sampson’s audition on America’s Got Talent. You could sense the audience swooning.”
52. Kiana Ledé – Cut Ties
Source:Kiana Ledé
Kiana Ledé returns with her highly anticipated third studio album, Cut Ties (via her new partnership with BMG), a raw and personal narrative about the rise and fall of a relationship. Following the success of her latest singles “Natural” and “Space & Pussy,” this album takes listeners on an emotional journey through the highs and lows of love, attachment, and heartbreak, as Kiana transforms from being in love to becoming emotionally detached and empowered. To further immerse her fans in this journey, Kiana has released the official music video for “Space & Pussy,” which you can watch HERE. Cut Ties is available on all major streaming platforms; listen HERE.
“The album is about the death of a relationship and how hurt people hurt people,” Kiana explains. “You see why I turned into this person who’s okay with being detached and getting what I want, even if it hurts others.”
Cut Ties opens with “LTF” where Kiana revels in the intense passion of a new relationship. However, the emotional unraveling begins in “U Can’t Remember,” as she sings about the growing disconnection between her and her partner. In “Weakness,” Kiana reflects on her inability to let go of a toxic relationship, even when she knows it’s harmful. The turning point comes with the title track, “Cut Ties,” where she makes the empowering decision to walk away from the toxicity. As the album progresses, Kiana confronts how much she gave to the relationship, ultimately realizing her self-worth. The album closes with a cathartic release in “The Truth?” where Kiana confronts the lies and manipulation that kept her bound, reclaiming her power as she finally walks away for good.
53. Future ft. Travis Scott – South of France (Remix)
Source:Future
Diamond-certified, three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning hip-hop luminary Future and diamond-certified, ten-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated artist, performer, producer, songwriter and director Travis Scott team for the official remix of MIXTAPE PLUTO standout “SOUTH OF FRANCE.” Get it HERE.
The latest collaboration from the long-time friends and colleagues has been heavily anticipated and much-rumored since Travis Scott first teased “SOUTH OF FRANCE” on socials prior to the official release of Future’s MIXTAPE PLUTO earlier this fall. It reunites the duo on yet another song that highlights the pair’s kinetic energy and massive influence over hip hop and culture at large. Earlier in 2024, Scott appeared on a string of songs from WE DON’T TRUST YOU, Future’s blockbuster collaborative album with Metro Boomin, including “CINDERELLA” and “TYPE SHIT” alongside Playboi Carti, both of which charted top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
“SOUTH OF FRANCE” originally appeared on MIXTAPLE PLUTO, Future’s 11th Billboard 200 number 1 album. Not only did the notably featureless body of work take over the charts, but it also marked a rare feat: it became his third new number 1 album in just six months time, following this spring’s WE DON’T TRUST YOU and WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU. Future’s trifecta of releases becomes the first to achieve the milestone this decade, as Future becomes the first act to achieve this since The Beatles in 1965-1966, and the first hip hop act ever. Most impressively, he is the first solo artist to achieve this chart feat ever, regardless of genre. Impressively, all 17 tracks on MIXTAPE PLUTO debuted on the Hot 100 after release, making Future the first and only hip hop artist to debut all songs from an entire project without any features on the chart.
Future’s influence over music and culture has never been more apparent. MIXTAPE PLUTO has also earned the icon widespread acclaim. Pitchfork proclaimed it among Future’s “best and strangest,” spotlighting how it is “urgent, kinetic, filled with heartbreaking asides and tiny bursts of melodic ingenuity.” Highlighting his “blockbuster year,” Rolling Stone noted how MIXTAPE PLUTO “successfully reminds listeners of the type of innovation and dedication that he’s built a career on.” GQ proclaimed that it is “Future’s third top-shelf project in a less-than-twelve-month period that ranks with the best runs any rappers ever been on”—or as Billboard compared, “MIXTAPE PLUTO is 17 tracks of an artist that has once again entered a zone mere mortals cannot comprehend. This is like Shohei Ohtani going for 50/50, or Steph Curry hitting threes from different zip codes, or Aaron Judge chasing the triple crown. What I’m trying to say is that Future is on his Patrick Mahomes, as I round out these sports references.” Uproxx summed it up succinctly: “Mixtape Future is the best Future, because like the future, the possibilities are endless.”
Along the way, Future has shared a slew of visuals from the project, including official music videos for “TOO FAST,” “TEFLON DON,” “TOLD MY,” and “SKI.”
MIXTAPE PLUTO was executive produced by 808 Mafia boss Southside, and co-executive produced by Wheezy. A homage to the legendary Dungeon Family and late Rico Wade, MIXTAPE PLUTO’s album art depicts infrared purple lighting emanating from the windows of the original Dungeon Family house in Atlanta. It is the location of their storied studio, and the basement of Wade’s mother’s home where the legacy of Future was born. It’s a fitting statement: the notably featureless MIXTAPE PLUTO distills Future to his core essence.
MIXTAPE PLUTO arrived on the heels of Future and Metro Boomin’s two explosive, chart-topping collaborative albums released earlier this year: WE DON’T TRUST YOU and its follow-up, WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU. The campaign not only ignited a historic moment in Hip Hop, it also fittingly dominated charts, landing Future his ninths and tenth number 1 albums on the Billboard 200, while the single “Like That” featuring Kendrick Lamar spent a blistering 3 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. This run became, as Billboard stated, “the biggest story in rap.”
With MIXTAPE PLUTO, Future has unleashed his third consecutive game-changing blockbuster in just six months, as he punctuates a historic 2024 run with a return to his rawest form. It highlights Future’s influence over the sound of hip hop as a new chapter is written in the career of one of rap’s most inventive and influential wordsmiths. A body of work stripped down to pure, unadulterated Future, it’s simply 100% Pluto. It’s MIXTAPE PLUTO.
54. Snoop Dogg ft. Jhené Aiko – Gorgeous

Today, global rap icon Snoop Dogg released new single “Gorgeous” featuring Jhené Aiko, produced by Dr. Dre, Blu2th, Preach Bal4, and FredWreck via Death Row, Aftermath and Interscope. Although Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have worked together plenty of times over the years leaving a lasting legacy across rap and pop culture, this is only their second time completing a full body of work together since Snoop’s classic debut album ‘Doggystyle.’ Aside from Jhené Aiko, the album includes various star studded features including Eminem, 50 Cent, Jelly Roll, Method Man, Sting, the late Tom Petty and more.
The prolific duo have successfully redefined the sound of hip-hop and collaborated on numerous occasions including Dr. Dre’s revolutionary debut solo album ‘The Chronic’ (“Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang”), Snoop Dogg’s GRAMMY-nominated 1994 smash hit “Gin And Juice,” later classics like Dr. Dre’s “Still D.R.E.,” and “The Next Episode,” the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime performance, 2024 Paris Olympics closing ceremony and many more; promising ‘Missionary’ to be a continuation of their timeless, game-changing West Coast sound.
55. Lauren Spencer Smith – Small
Source:Lauren Spencer Smith
Ready to speak her truth like never before, multi-platinum singer-songwriter Lauren Spencer Smith returns with an honest and open-hearted new single entitled “small” out now via Island/Republic. It notably marks her first release since the 2023 arrival of her acclaimed full-length debut LP, Mirror, and it hints at much more to come.
Listen HERE.
“small” is definitely one of the most personal songs I’ve ever written. It’s about anyone who’s felt the need to be a smaller version of themself to fit in society, whether it’s body image or being quiet in a crowded room. It’s an issue that isn’t always talked about, so my hopes are that this song can help break that barrier.”
She set the stage for “small” with a series of viral posts on social media. Given the stark vulnerability of the song, audiences instantly reacted, generating 14 million cumulative views and counting. Her faithful fan base has counted down the days to this moment, and she delivers now.
On the track, distant piano murmurs beneath her raw verses. She fearlessly processes relatable struggles with body image and weight out loud. The hook takes hold with a heartbreaking question, “If I’m not happy and skinny, quiet and pretty, do I even matter?” Unfiltered emotion echoes on the bridge as she stands up and holds nothing back with a gritty jab, “As long as I can fucking sing, then life is a dream.”
Lauren not only makes a momentous return, but she also makes a bold statement with a message of body positivity, self-acceptance, and self-love no matter what.
After achieving stardom on her own terms from humble beginnings out of British Columbia with billions of streams, platinum singles, and sold-out tour dates, Lauren has quietly and intentionally honed her craft as a songwriter and her dynamic delivery as a vocalist. As such, she projects who she is without apology or compromise on “small” and more music to come very soon.
Last year, she made waves with her full-length debut, Mirror. Of the latter, People proclaimed, “The record, like everything Spencer Smith releases, is a deep-dive into life, her love and heartache.” The Guardian promised, “Spencer Smith’s big voice shines throughout,” and DORK assured, “If you’re looking for someone with an incredible voice to put their arms around you, give you a big ol’ hug and cry with you then Lauren is here.” It boasts the platinum-certified “Fingers Crossed” and “Flowers” in addition to the standout collaboration “Fantasy” with GAYLE and Em Beihold.
