According to a Page Six report published on Friday, July 30, 2021, Hov is looking to hire 100 new employees ahead of the club’s reopening on August 4, in Madison Square.

This Saturday and Sunday, from 1 PM to 5 PM EST, there will be auditions for bartender positions. According to reports, waitstaff will be paid $20 per hour.

JAY Z founded the sports bar franchise in 2003, and since then, it has attracted a slew of celebrities. During the COVID-19 outbreak last year, the Madison Square location was forced to close, but it will reopen soon.
This news coincided with the announcement that JAY Z and Will Smith had invested in Landis Technologies, a startup that helps low-income tenants become homeowners. Within the following two years, it is hoped that 80% of renters will become homeowners. Landis co-founder Cyril Berdugo said:
Financial inclusion is really important to us. An aspect of Landis that we’re very proud to be a part of is wealth creation for low-income Americans. We make money when our client buys the house back. If we leave money on the table, that’s our problem. What makes Landis unique is our ability to coach anyone to homeownership. This new funding will allow us to help more Americans on their path to homeownership by expanding to new states, hiring talent nationwide and providing a better experience to our clients and partner agents and lenders.
