Rock band Pavement has announced a reunion tour for 2022 that would take them across Europe.
From October of next year, Mark Ibold, Stephen Malkmus, Scott ‘Spiral Stairs’ Kannberg, Bob Nastanovich, and Steve West will perform live around Europe and the United Kingdom.
Pavement will headline both the Spanish and Portuguese editions of Primavera Sound in June 2022, as previously announced. The tour will begin in October with a performance at the Leeds O2 Academy.
The band will also perform in France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, and other countries, including a four-night residency at London’s Roundhouse.
The band split in 1999 before reuniting in 2010 to perform a series of benefit concerts in New York’s Central Park as well as a series of festivals.
