One day a few weeks back I was scrolling through the gauntlet of new music that Tik Tok has become, and one track stood out to me and stood the test of time. 

Spencer Elmer historically has been an internet personality with a more spoken word flow in his music, but the production and delivery of the lyrics has simply elevated this track above the rest of his work. It’s an exploration into the ever changing soundscapes that come from UK based rap, one in which ARTAN and Elmer have managed to strike gold. 

The pulsating low end bass is topped with smooth vocals from both artists, and She’s A 10n But… piggybacks off of clever wordplay that has been seen from the likes of fellow UK rapper Central Cee in recent months. It has all of the elements of a song that is touted to be the career defining track for the pair so far, and it is a clear gateway into what the duo is capable of creating in the future.
