Upcoming Canada-based Lagos-born artist F$rgo is making headway in the game and pulling out all the stops on his rise to the top. His latest single, ‘Touchdown’ is UK Drill at its finest. Most notable to me is the calmness and ease in his voice and delivery compared to the intensity that Drill elicits. It doesn’t sound out of place though, it works. His collaborators, Uglytwizz and Droxx also join in with a smooth calmness that teams up nicely with the beat. The production is solid and the track overall does what it’s supposed to do.
