Meek Mill took to his Instagram page on May 5, to upload a photo of his youngest son, Czar and sent an early birthday shoutout to him as he turns one on May 6. He wrote;

In 2020, Meek Mill announced the birth of Czar on his 33rd birthday. Czar is the only child the Philadelphia-born rapper shares with his ex-girlfriend, Milan Harris. Their relationship was a low-key affair.
