Kim Scott, Eminem’s ex-wife, was hospitalised last month after attempting suicide, according to several reports.

On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, law enforcement officials told TMZ that on July 30, 2021, they received a phone call reporting a suicidal person at her house in Michigan. Scott was apparently so aggressive when authorities came that she had to be restrained.

Scott apparently injured herself because she had little lacerations on her legs and blood had spilled all over the floor. Authorities allegedly sent her to the hospital for medical and psychiatric treatment, but she has since been released and is recovering at home.

Scott’s mother, Kathleen Sluck, died on July 23, 2021, at the age of 65, exactly one week before the claimed occurrence. Sluck’s funeral was held on July 29, 2021, at Lee-Ellena Funeral Home.

In 1999, Eminem and Kim married, divorced in 2001, and briefly remarried in 2006. They have a daughter together, Hailie.
